This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam, please do not trust them with your money or your possessions. I hired them for a move from Oklahoma City to Denver and below are the reasons why I would never ever hire them again:
1. They charged me an additional $400 the day before deliver where I had no choice but to pay it
* They held my items until I paid them the "additional charges" they demanded and did not uphold the original "binding estimate" they gave me.
2. My items were broken
* My boxes arrived with 4 of my frames broken, a hole in the back of my dresser, and a support beam in my couch is unfixable (see pictures attached for reference.)
3. They didn't deliver in the window they told me
* The window was 2-10 days from the pick-up date and they delivered on the 13th day. They also did a terrible (I mean absolutely terrible) job of communicating when they would deliver.
From start to finish, my experience with this company was awful. My "agent" (Brent Sanchez) would redirect every question and concern I have to where they never got resolved. I have used the moving company MiniMoves in the past for long distance moves and I will definitely be going back to them.

This crew really took care of our stuff. There are alot of middle men out there like Safe Shipping, and all they do is contract with movers like BLVD. Work with BLVD. They really care about my furniture and are straight shooters. I wish I’d done more homework before moving.

Retired Navy Veteran Left With Lost Deposit and Last-Minute Moving Price Increase
I am a retired Navy veteran who was trying to move for a job teaching sailors on a Navy base. Because of this company’s pricing practices and last-minute changes, I may now have to quit that job due to the moving expenses. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very careful before doing business with this company.
From the beginning, there were red flags. Every time the company called me, the number appeared to come from a different city, including Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. It also felt like only one person in the company actually had the authority or knowledge to resolve anything. Other employees repeatedly had to place me on hold and contact that person before they could answer basic questions or fix a problem.
The biggest issue was the pricing. The company made the payment structure seem manageable by breaking the total cost into three payments. At first, that sounded helpful, so I paid a deposit of almost $1,000. Then, only three days before my scheduled move, someone called to review my inventory. I mentioned an ironing board and two small patio chairs, and suddenly the price increased by about $400 due before pickup.
After they realized I was considering canceling, the one person who seemed to have decision-making authority called me. I walked him through my apartment by video so he could see exactly what I had. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with normal one-bedroom apartment belongings. After that video walkthrough, the price still increased by almost another $500. At that point, I was looking at well over $4,000 total with only two days left before pickup.
I was extremely upset because I had already explained my apartment and belongings a month earlier. The last-minute price increase felt unfair and misleading, especially so close to the move date when a customer has very little time to make other arrangements. They offered a $75 discount, but that did not fix the problem.
Because I canceled two days before the move, I lost my nearly $1,000 deposit. The company attempted to address it by offering me a $1,000 credit toward a future move within 12 months, but that does not help me. After this experience, I have no trust in this company and would never use them again.
In my opinion, this company’s process puts customers in a terrible position: they quote one price, take a large deposit, then raise the cost right before the move when the customer is under pressure. I regret choosing this company, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering them read the reviews carefully, ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and be prepared for possible last-minute price increases.
Dont use a Broker and Dont use this company
We had an excellent move out of California, but not moving into New York, they sent 2 guys to move a tractor trailer full of our household items that took them well over 15 hours to move the items in and still did not complete the job. The one guy did not speak any English and was placing our items that were labeled for what specific rooms to be placed in, into any old room which made our move that much more labor intensive since we are seniors and had to do heavy lifting that we paid a lot of money for this company to do!! They took several hour-long breaks with the last one being almost 2 hours!! They broke several of our furniture items in the process of the move. They made the excuse that our items had to be delivered to us in a straight truck and when the one guy that did speak English, he left the other guy here who was useless do to we could not communicate with him, and he played on his phone. One of the guys kept huffing during the whole process!! They were more worried about getting their money than doing the job. They moved our outdoor patio furniture in the dark when it should have been done during daylight! They are not professional and I would not recommend them to anyone, this job we were advised by the foreman in California we would have the same amount of crew, which was 5 guys with a foreman to move us in, this was the worse experience in a move I have every had!!
Don’t try to move on your own. Worth every penny to hire professionals
At the very beginning with Gavin helped me with logistics-Mike from BLVD brought his team of 5 guys to pu. They were all exceptional in professional handling and care of my home in California. Johnny delivered to my home in Oklahoma. He was on time and his crew worked very hard. It’s scary to hire someone for this scale of job but I would highly recommend to anyone the value of hiring professionals. As it is unthinkable on how hard this would be doing on your own.
Painless very easy move of a family of 5
We moved from San Mateo CA to San Diego and I cannot begin to express how amazing of an experience we had with this moving company. I was very overwhelmed before the movers came but as soon as Jaime and his team arrived, they did a walk through and immediately proceeded to wrap everything at God’s speed and label everything, keeping track of the inventory, wrapping everything carefully and very very quickly. I was so impressed. I literally did not know it was possible to pack and wrap so quickly. At one point I tried to help wrap a glass and realized one of the movers wrapped 12 glasses in the time it took me to wrap. I only have great things to say about this company and team of movers and we will hire them again when we move again. 10/10 is the score for sure.
The unloading/drop of team managed by Walter was incredible as well, they arrived on time, were super careful and thoughtful, we made them move things around a few times and they accommodated us really well. I am very grateful.

I’m very disappointed with Blvd. I trusted their 30-day storage window during my move from Washington to Texas, but due to serious family matters — including time with my sister who has Alzheimer’s and my 95-year-old mother — I needed a little extra time.
Even though I offered to pay for additional storage, they showed little to no compassion or flexibility. Meanwhile, they can change delivery dates on their end without issue.
That double standard doesn’t sit right with me. Moving is already stressful — a little empathy should be part of the service.

Expeditious in packing and carrying items to their truck,friendly and extremely resourceful. Also very patient had to wait on me for almost 45 minutes and they had no complaints. 1st time doing a move and it was very painless. Highly recommend them.
