Best team & great service

They are the worst insurance. Dont insure with them clearly they dont want to answer any phone calls. There live chat operaters are the worst. Personally i feel like all of them should get fired. Especially julia no manners, doesn’t know about customer service. She kept on calling me a lier when i said the operators kept on ending the call, each time they put on hold for 45+ min. To add I have nearly been insured with them for a whole year and everytime i phone them i have issues and stress

The renewal quotation was cheaper than last year, that was until a renewal fee of nearly £90 was added.
I have stayed this time, but this to me is excessive.

Very disappointing experience with Lexham Insurance – avoid if possible.

I cancelled my motor insurance policy with Lexham after being insured for only 10 days, and I was shocked by how much money they deducted.

I paid a £273.18 deposit, but after just 10 days they deducted £246.43 in different charges, including a time-on-risk charge, a non-refundable administration fee, an insurer cancellation fee, and a broker cancellation fee. I was left with only £26.75 refunded. Losing almost the entire deposit for only 10 days of cover feels completely unreasonable.

The customer service was even worse. I tried calling multiple times and waited on hold for around 45 minutes, but nobody answered the phone. It was impossible to get help or speak to anyone about my cancellation.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an insurance company. I’m sharing my experience so other people know what to expect before choosing Lexham Insurance.

Not the easiest of Insurance to speak too , numbers Invalid, Then waited 45 minutes no answer. Only Renewed policy as was much he same price as last year, and saves chasing up your no claim proof to move on

Difficult to get hold of. Don't return calls at time requested and don't answer emails promptly.

I can't change insurance provider due to my bike but insurance was I suppose competitive and when you do speak to them, staff are polite
