Honestly the worst rabble of a company we have ever dealt with.
We have been informed our new motorbike delivery has been delayed so we tried to contact this company to cancel our new policy before it started but they dont pickup up the phone you are held on hold for hours so we gave up and sent them a email and used the cancel my policy on there app but didn't hear anything back after a few days so tried to contact them again via phone email and via the app but again nothing back till today 22 days later we received a email saying our policy has been cancelled from today the 21st & not the 1st and also they have charged us a cancellation fee of £82 and 21 days insurance. We requested the cancellation well within our 14 day cooling off period and before the policy was due to start so I see this as fraud and for something as important as insurance they should not be trusted with anything as important.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE :
I got to speak to a human after 1hour 23 minutes on hold he was a very helpful person called jack he was professional and helpful and friendly.
Definitely a credit to the company and I feel so sorry for him working for such a horrible company.

They are the worst insurance
They are the worst insurance. Dont insure with them clearly they dont want to answer any phone calls. There live chat operaters are the worst. Personally i feel like all of them should get fired. Especially julia no manners, doesn’t know about customer service. She kept on calling me a lier when i said the operators kept on ending the call, each time they put on hold for 45+ min. To add I have nearly been insured with them for a whole year and everytime i phone them i have issues and stress
