Pathetic experience at all!
It takes hours and hours if we have anything to ask or discuss or even cancel your insurance.
I'll never ever suggest someone to select this Lexham insurance services.
I have been contacting them from the last whole week for my insurance cancellation and waited for 30 minutes to 1 hour for 3 to 4 times and I had to hand up after this frustrating experience.

Absolutely appaling customer service.
Gave them my card details to take a deposit of £60, and they took £510.
Now I have to wait between 3-5 working days to have my own money refunded.
Very dissapointed!

The portal and website are easy to navigate. Where it falls down is on price which goes up and never comes down over the years even with near 60 years of riding with no claims. A safer rider should be getting a cheaper deal.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service from Lexham Insurance. Trying to get through to someone on the phone is a nightmare — calls go unanswered and getting any proper help feels almost impossible.
For an insurance company, you expect to be able to speak to someone when you need support, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The lack of communication and poor level of service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I seriously regret choosing Lexham Insurance. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. Avoid if you expect responsive, reliable customer service.
