Lancaster Gate were really helpful and supportive following my son's motorbike accident. We appreciated their professional help and reassurance through what was a very stressful time. Happy to recommend them (but hope I don't have to deal with them again!!)

I was served by Jaya today, i have to say my past experiences with over-the-phone conversations in general have been very poor, I’m 18 still learning about how Insurance works but Jaya today has been an amazing help, very polite, understanding and important to my situation, didn’t waste any time in providing me the best support possible and handling my request in good time. LGA have been really helpful and understanding following my recent motorcycle incident.
The case is still ongoing so I can only comment on my interactions to this point however so far so good.

My case handler was Charlie and she has been absolutely amazing, kept me updated and helped resolve issues along the way. would highly recommend.

I was contacted by Jack regarding a new claim and it was a very simple process, Jack explained all the next steps and answered any questions or concerns I had

I work alongside Lancaster Gate and have nothing but praise for them and their work. Nothing is ever too small for them and considering they are a relatively small sized team, they are always so attentive.

Particular praise has to go to Georgia who I have dealt with predominantly. She is a credit to the company and whenever I need assistance, she never fails to provide.

Very easy to arrange, staff were patient, understanding and helpful. The engineer that collected my damaged bike (Andy) was very good. It helped to have someone that is themselves a biker and knows what they are doing. Everything I needed to know was explained. Hopefully all will be well. If you are unfortunately in the position of having a bike accident, I would recommend this company to help you.

I had a wonderful call from Sadie, who checked in with me in a warm and genuine call and talked me through options for the future after my recent crash. She made me feel more hopeful and in control of how my day-to-day might look in the meantime of everything being settled. Thank you again to such a wonderful member of staff!
