Disappointed
At first they where helpful , but as weeks rolled on I was constantly calling which took up most of the morning chasing my payment as a small bump to the back end of my car resulting to a total write off . So a good month and a half I’m still waiting on my final payment . I feel I’ve had too constantly chase this due to no fault of my own . But the best part was the actual care hire which I could not fault , I’ve nothing but praise for that particular part .

Dealing with insurance/ accidents can be very stressful and challenging especially if the other person lacks of empathy/understanding. However I was fortunate enough to deal with this great company! What an excellent service from start to finish!!!! Ryan was my case person/representative and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was always informed about every step and when I was unsure of something I would call and all my queries were answered instantly. I really felt heard , understood and respected.
