Solicitor had to get involved.
I have been trying to contact them for months regarding a duplicate payment. They never answer the phone and ignore emails so will be getting my solicitor involved.

Steve Scott Has Amazing Customer Service
In July, I was involved in a non-fault accident, and from the very beginning, Steve Scott was absolutely brilliant in helping me through everything. The level of support, professionalism and service I received was outstanding, and he made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation so much easier to deal with. He ensured I was able to hand over all the necessary documents and kept me informed and supported throughout the entire process. Even after my case was closed, I contacted Steve again in October, just a few days ago, looking for further assistance, and he was still more than willing to help. What really stood out to me was that he continued to check up on both me and my family, making sure we were all okay and doing well, even when he was no longer required to. He went above and beyond to make sure I received my engineer’s report and never made me feel like I was being a bother for asking for help. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers on such a personal level, and Steve is a real credit to Nationwide Accident Hire. I cannot thank him enough for all his help, kindness and reassurance throughout this experience. Nationwide Accident Hire is a fantastic, trustworthy company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. The service I received from Steve was second to none, and I am extremely grateful for everything he has done for me.

Offered a good service but be careful on their advice.
Offered a good service, dealt with everything quickly and made a fair offer on my vehicle which 3rd party accepted. I was named driver and meant I could deal with the issue rather than policy holder having too.
Sadly advice I was given by nationwide relating to the named driver part saying by using themselves the policy holder did not have to declare the claim to insurance has turned out to be untrue and now we both have to declare the claim.
Apart from this good service just very hard to get hold of them by pho0ne

Disgusting Service
Called numerous times to speak to Mateus Bueno, even left messages with call handler and emailed him directly many times and still don't have the decency to contact me back. Its been more than a month. DISGUSTING

It was better than expected but I had to make afew calls and was going to make a complaint because I had not spoken to Steve who was dealing with my accident when I got to speak with him it was sorted with in 20 minutes it does need to be looked at because it left me very frustrated with the way I was being treated but in the end sorted

Awful scam company
Awful scam company. They really are scumbags preying on vulnerable people. When distressed they just laugh at you down the phone. Pretended to be insurance company and by the time you find out its too late and you’re trapped by them with a hire car cost. Hopefully karma will catch up with them. I agree with previous reviews of them being the lowest of the low. No idea how they have got away with what they have. Hope the law catches up with them- or a vigilante.

Scammers
Scammers! Read the reviews! Lots of clever SEO marketing and fast talk so I thought I was dealing with my own insurance company not a 3rd party. Absolute leeches. Hire car was taken back because they didn't communicate with Enterprise, my own car was towed away to unknown storage location (police involved), they want daily storage fees paid to release it and then declined the claim as they only deal with quick buck no fault claims, and told me to go via my OWN insurers, that's when the scam was realised. So 6 weeks on, my car is gone, no hire car and no claim!
