I had a great experience with Lexham


I had a great experience with Lexham Insurance. The service was excellent, the communication was clear, and the process was straightforward. The team was helpful and professional, and everything went smoothly. I am very happy with their service and would recommend Lexham Insurance to others.

I got locked out of my portal after Lexham sent me new documents to view, I sent no end of emails to them for help with this issue,
They just kept sending me a non helpful email over and over again, with a telephone number to phone them. 😡

Lexham costly insurance

From the amount of time the agent took to ask and answer questions, I did wonder whether I was talking with someone who was on the moon. I found the quotation process painfully slow and at the end I got a quote which was nearly twice as much as Bennetts renewal quote.

Communications and customer portal not


Communications and customer portal not joined together - which in this day and age is not really satisfactory. In the end, had to wait 45mins to get through to renewal line, just to do it all manually. Frustrating from a customer service standpoint.

I’m disappointed with the customer


I’m disappointed with the customer service and communication from Lexham Insurance. I haven’t felt valued as a customer, and the communication has fallen short of my expectations. Clearer responses and a more attentive approach would make a real difference.
