I've been insured with Lexham for 4 years now. I've claimed against someone on a nasty accident (non fault). Insurances can sound great, but the truth only comes out when a claim happens. Lexham have been great throughout the 4 year - once you get an understanding of how insurances think. I just wish I could speak to a human more often, but maybe thats my age.

Just writing a review …BAD REVIEW!!! Well, I’ve got time haven’t I…been on hold over an hour AGAIN!! Second day …just want to talk to them re insurance….why don’t they employ more phone handlers to take calls…. Will never use this company again!!!

The process of getting the policy was straightforward and the staff were helpful. However, the insurance was very expensive for my Honda PCX 125, and the finance option also has a high APR, which makes the overall cost much higher. I would recommend checking the full price and finance terms carefully before purchasing.
