Lexham Insurance has become far too…
Lexham Insurance has become far too expensive nowadays for the level of service they provide. Their app is practically useless if you actually need to make standard policy changes. To make matters worse, I recently bought a vehicle and tried to update my cover, only to find out the vehicle wasn't even listed on their system. You’d expect a modern insurance provider to have an up-to-date database and a functional app. Extremely disappointing experience—I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Trying to talk to a person on the phone is a nightmare.
Tried different phone number. In total been waiting over an hour. Currently still waiting.
Also e-mailed as my issue urgent no reply.

Pathetic experience at all!
It takes hours and hours if we have anything to ask or discuss or even cancel your insurance.
I'll never ever suggest someone to select this Lexham insurance services.
I have been contacting them from the last whole week for my insurance cancellation and waited for 30 minutes to 1 hour for 3 to 4 times and I had to hand up after this frustrating experience.
