The process of getting the policy was straightforward and the staff were helpful. However, the insurance was very expensive for my Honda PCX 125, and the finance option also has a high APR, which makes the overall cost much higher. I would recommend checking the full price and finance terms carefully before purchasing.

Someone hit my Campervan over two years…
Someone hit my Campervan over two years ago and another idiot hit my campervan on the same place back in January and my Campervan still hasn't been repaired, I was offered a lump sum of money, but only had part of it as I've just got more lies, so not impressed and the sad thing is that I've recommended this company to a lot of people and now I've got egg on my face

Difficulty correcting insurers errors
On renewal, I discovered the statement of facts had been changed.
I spent well over 2 hours, on three phone calls to get the statement changed back.
Then to have the details changed on the app to make payment.
Then also to arrange written confirmation in the post.
If I had not noticed I would not have been insured.

Clear, Supportive and Kind
Lexham Insurance has always been supportive. I've been with them for many years and they supported me through two non-fault accidents kindly and explained everything very clearly.
Renewals are usually quite fair. I just got off the phone with Daniel who was the kindest and most clear attendant I'd talked to and we instantly sorted out a slight price increase due to information that wasn't up to date. He was honest and clear. We went through every detail of my policy in detail and renewed it exactly as I wanted.
