They take too long to respond to your query by which point you have sought guidance elsewhere. Their late response asks additional questions of your query not quite helping you with the initial need. Overall managing without them rather than with them.

I was responded to quicker than expected with a detailed response. In enquiring if my contact would assist further with perusing my lease, the was met with a helpful, positive response. I shall be sending a copy of the lease for further review. I’m very happy and grateful for this interaction.

Helpful advice for leaseholders
I've been having issues with the freeholder and earlier this year I was able to schedule a call to get advice. Now you can only request for someone to reply to your message and it took over 10 days to receive the advice.
Advice was very useful and I was able to use it in my communication with the freeholder's solicitor.
