I’m very disappointed that my order was…
I’m very disappointed that my order was not delivered to my home. After reporting it, I was told to check with my neighbors, which felt dismissive and frustrating. I expected better support and a proper resolution. Please investigate this missing delivery and provide an appropriate refund or replacement as soon as possible. I can’t believe I was told know instructions was provided so I need to locate my package.

I’ve ordered many items from Kurt Geiger & been happy. BUT, the Moccasin Shoes contained in this order are hideous. No virtual photo of the shoes reflected crystals. These shoes are loaded with tiny crystals. Even they were a sale item, I am returning to your Company for donation to your favorite circus.

The order would have taken absolutely…
The order would have taken absolutely too long to reach me. The event that I needed to go to to wear this had passed. I called in to cancel the order and I will go out to the store in Aventura Florida to get the shoes. The person that I spoke to to cancel the order was not able to cancel it but she was able to send a message to FedEx to Return to Sender I am now waiting on my refund. You can check from the date that I ordered it until the date that it would have been delivered absolutely too long

Lovely purses, but no gift box 😢
NOTE added 4/22: I received a response from Kurt Geiger.com thanking me for my review. However, there is no mention as to whether they will be sending me the 2 gift boxes they forgot to add. I double checked their website and took a screenshot of it, and according to it, I was definitely supposed to receive the gift boxes with my order.
The purses I bought were gorgeous and great quality. Your website lead me to believe that all purchases were being shipped in those beautiful gift boxes; and they arrived in plastic bags.
This is disappointing because I purchased the Champagne bottle purse as a special gift for my daughter's upcoming 40th birthday and she absolutely loves Kurt Geiger merchandise. So, I'll find pretty gift wrapping and make it a special presentation nonetheless.

I love the fact that I can purchase a lot of the high end items at a discounted price. Love the quirky shaped bags and the fun colors on all the bags and accessories. Shipping was fairly quick (a week). Not so bad!

The measurements given in the description are totally inaccurate. The actual bag is about double the size that was described online. I was expecting an evening (size) bag, and received a large (and heavy) shoulder bag.
I like the bag, but it is far from what I was expecting and wanting, and just was not as described.
