I checked their return policy before ordering and it did not mention that they charge you $16 and only give store credit, even for regular items (not sale/final sale.) The quality is mid at best and they obviously only post good reviews.

Why on earth does no one mention about their refund process, very tedious plus they take a £15 fee WOW, they refused refund for an item that didn’t fit just because of their final sale rule, I am livid as this dress wasn’t cheap and now I have to find a way to sell it, absolutely absurd!!

Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering with them! I had high hopes after seeing reviews on social media etc, but the quality of the items I received was horrendous. Dresses that look structed on the website were thin and flimsy, made with such cheap material. One dress which was nearly £200, I saw PrettyLittleThing had the exact same dress on their website for £28 and I wouldn't be surprised if the quality was actually better from there! I returned everything and have just received notification of my refund, and I am being charged over £50 for duties, plus the £15 return fee, to keep nothing! They advertise the £15 return fee but hide the duties charges in the original cost. Absolute scam! Definitely false advertisement I would say!

If i could rate minus stars i would, I ordered three dresses and used a welcome discount code which gave 10% off. Sadly all the dresses were not great quality and considering the price point most definitely not worth it. I returned all the dresses well within the 14 day time frame and was charged £14.95 as stated on their website as a flat rate return. The dresses came to £319 in total, yet I was refunded £275. I've emailed querying this as my refund should have been £304 so ive been short changed £29. This was the response I recieved,

'The total amount refunded to you was £275.75. This amount was calculated by taking the total value of the items returned and applying the following deductions:

The £14.95 flat return shipping cost.
The reversal of the £32.30 discount that was originally applied to your order.'

This doesnt even make sense, I've sent a follow up email explaining the above and asking for clarification and I've recieved no response.

My advice, avoid avoid avoid!

£25 for "shipping and return". Absolute scam. Do not buy from this brand.

I ordered about 10 different dresses and all of them were good quality, true to size and as described on the website. I send most of them back (I had to pay the shipping costs though) since I didn’t like the way they looked on me and got the refund within a couple of days.(expect for the ones from sale since you cannot send them back) I didn’t have any problems as other customers had and would definitely order again.

Buyer beware - not fully a "UK" site like it makes out
- all items are coming from australia and you do not get the tax back. Its very unclear when you purchase how easily it gets added on.
A dress that was supposed to cost me 95gbp cost 171gbp (because I bought several items and only kept one). So upset by the experience

I ordered 2 dresses and in total it cost me 249 pounds. When I returned the dresses they kept 68 pounds !!

Poor quality lacklustre dresses for the price. One dress had a huge bulge in the zip that couldn’t be straightened and looked terrible.

I never got my order. When I contacted them, they told me it got lost in transit, and that I could get a full refund. But when I wrote about the refund I never got an answer??

Items ordered for a black tie event. Took ages to arrive (after the event- when I ordered two weeks before), fabric looked incredibly cheap, and then they charged £15 pounds for a return!

Do not buy from this shop. I ordered and it took weeks to get to me. No communication to say it would’ve late only when I contracted them. When I sent back the closes and the event I wanted to wear them for had passed and they were to big anyways I payed £108 and had a refund of £83 loosing £25 when I queered this it’s because of shipping this is a lot of money to loose over shipping. Never will order from them again and will definitely be informing others to not

Wow! I wish I saw these reviews ahead of purchasing! I thought I was ordering from a reputable site, however not refunding VAT and the response blaming the Australian Government! Never had this when ordering from Australian brands before and appalling- now not responding to my messages! Avoid! I returned as the dresses were mediocre at best!

Ordered 4 dresses, cost £525 returned to no longer needing them. I was refunded £453 refund, cost me £72 to return! 😡 absolutely outrageous. Will never order again!

Avoid this brand! SIGNIFICANT delays with delivery and obfuscation by Customer Service, who failed to address this in any way. All round terrible experience with Meshki.

Great quality of clothes. The shipping to Sweden took 15 days, but it was worth the wait. I’m not keen on returning anything because of the lack of free returns, so I will have to be certain about the items I choose. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I usually check companies before I buy but my daughter who is 5'11 was looking for a dress for a wedding and this can be challenging due to her height. Anyhow I didnt check trustpilot beforehand so was unaware of the large shipping return fee. Unfortunately I wont be purchasing again I have informed my other 3 daughters of the same

Do NOT buy from here! If I could give minus stars I would. The shipping fees are expensive yet the clothes take weeks to arrive. The dresses I ordered were cheap fabric that felt like it would fall apart. When I returned them, they deducted over £40 of my refund! An absolute shambles of a company.

I ordered some wedding dresses from this brand to try on however the quality was so bad I had to send all of them back. I was unaware that this was being shipped from Australia I think it's misleading that you're buying from a co.uk website, they display the prices in GBP and you are returning to a UK based warehouse. The brand claims that a percentage of the refund will not come back to me because that was paid to duties - this amount is £285!! Nowhere at all was it clear the percentage of the duty or how much this was going to be. I can't believe this is still in operation in the UK I think I'm going to go to trading standards because it's disgusting.
