No everything was not ok
No everything was not ok, I never received my order and when I reached out to Kurt Geiger they said it was nothing they can do about it because they delivered to the address on the order. When I tried explaining to them that the address was incorrect and a mistake was made by my teenager they didn’t care, said I should file a police report. It was just bad customer service I basically lost out on my money and my bag because they refuse to act in good faith and refund the money. I didn’t even care about the bag anymore but at least send me back my money the bag was sent to a wrong address and now somebody else is enjoying the luxury of a free bag on my dime. Worst experience.

Ordering was made easy. I didn't receive the proper tracking information. I received the package without issue, however the tracking information is very important in case the product had been stolen. I'm also grateful for the return label if need be.

The website stated ny package would be…
The website stated ny package would be received within 5-7 days. It took 3 days just for it to ship.
This is a birthday gift for my Daughter.
I know I couldn't expect to get it on the 19th, which is her actual birthday, but she still haven't received it.
FedEx says it will be delivered tomorrow.
10 days is entirely too long of a wait time to me! And I shouldn't have to payam extra $15 just to get it in a reasonable amount of time! Very frustrated!

I love the new South Bank shoes❤️They're so comfortable! The pink, red & silver along with the different KG pins are too cute and beautiful! I ordered my normal size 7 and they fit perfectly. Do not purchase any Kurt Geiger products online. I made a purchase and part of the order never arrived. After multiple telephone calls, emails and screenshot from FedEx indicating only 1 item was mailed, they still refused to refund or replace the item. Never again. The customer service is and untrustworthy. Don't patronize this business- Kurt Geiger are thieves and will keep your money.

The shoes too big
The shoes too big. there was no option to exchange my shoes. It did state no refund but I only need to get smaller size. Apparently they run big because I order my correct size.
