shocking

shocking. tracked car to an unused hotel nearby after 2 hours of waiting. hundreds of cars, no staff. Eventually got keys and picked up car from hotel 4 hours after my first call. DO NOT USE

Absolutely avoid this company

Absolutely avoid this company! It's a total scam. They failed to move our car from the designated spot, and we ended up with a £350 bill to exit the car park, in addition to what we had already paid. To make matters worse, the so-called 'drivers' verbally and physically assaulted me. Gatwick Airport is actively working to eliminate their presence due to ongoing issues.

Absolutely horrified by the way these people think it’s acceptable to treat other peoples belongings.
I am reaching out on here as not only did I have a terrible experience with this company, but I can only imagine the people who have lost there keys feel. I have found SOMEONE ELSES CAR KEYS IN MY CAR (Volkswagen key with Turkey eye key ring) - please reach out Milly Rose Melbourne - you can find me on Facebook.

Now for how they think retuning my car with 0 miles in the tank, not even 1 - adding 1600 miles to my mileage - denting and scratching all the back of the car - and leaving it some where god knows where - to allow it retuned so filthy!
Not only that, letting us wait over 1.5 hours upon landing to be retuned the car and being told numerous amount of times it’s pulling into the terminal, it’s 5 minutes away.

A joke to say the least, please avoid.

I hope I can reunite these keys with the rightful owner. I know the registration of your car so will need to confirm

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Arrived for Meet & Greet at Gatwick North today to be greeted by 3 police cars and a closed off area on Level 6 where they are meant to collect/drop cars. Turns out no one from the company had been there for 3hrs and a fight had kicked off about it and the phone number given at booking (07563 870088) turned off. Dozens of families not able to get their cars and then passenegers like me trying to drop car and make a flight. So many people in tears and a lot of anger everywhere. If this company doesn't go under within the week and have someone arrested as a result I'll be amazed.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DON'T USE THEM

It seems looking at the reviews that EVERYONE shares my views "IPARK ARE TERRIBLE"!
I called them 1/2 hour before arriving at Gatwick as asked and then still waited 45 minutes when i got there.
When I returned I called them at passport control and was told it would be 40 minutes, (which was a lie) at 1am in the morning i was made to wait an 1 hour and a half for my car. Other people had waited even longer and one guy even called the police. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE WORSE THAN TERRIBLE!

arrived at airport this morning at 3am and no 1 turned up to collect are car
I then got some advise from the kind man George on what to do so we could catch are flight
This is very bad and I will never use again
Also some1 was waiting for 5 hours for there car then to be told they don’t have it
He swears at you on the phone and also dosent answer. Terrible

Absolutely terrible service, charge me £24 extra ontop of the £90+ . I had already paid.
Called when landed on return journey and asked them to bring my car, took 2.5 hours to get it. The call goes to answer machine most of the time and when they do answer, they don't give you any time for when car is coming. There was lots of others waiting, 1 the company had lost their keys, 1 was waiting 3.5 hours, 1 found their car had been left in the carpark unlocked for a week. 110% would never use again and would give negative stars if i could.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY - DO NOT USE

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY. SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION. I was shocked at the difference between this "meet and greet" and one that I used at Stansted airport. This company is NOT a meet and greet. You go to a car park, someone turns up to take your key and then asks you to Pay £4 to get the car from the carpark. Upon return I had to pay £14 to get out of the car park and it says on their website “Airport charges not included £5.50 each side.”. They left my KEY ON THE WHEEL upon my return and looking at the reviews I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. When I told them I was not happy about this they said "we're going to hang up now". I emailed about my experience asking for a 50% refund because of the service received which I think is highly fair considering my whole car could've been taken by someone (ESPECIALLY as this is clearly something they do often) and they just told me they were refunding me the carpark discrepancies. Absolutely disgusting. I have reported this to the police.

Zero stars!!

Landed at 3am and still waiting at 4am for our car- stood with three other couples all with young children like ourselves and they have been here TWO Hours! Do not use this company.

We ended up waiting an hour and a half, we left other couples who had already been there for 2.5 hours with young children still there! It was 4am and 4 degrees! Absolutely disgusting.

When reunited with our car, they told us to go down to level three as it’s been left there, I said we are on level four as instructed by you and the email. They wouldn’t come up a level. We went to our car and realised why they couldn’t. They had abandoned our car in a disability bay and left the car key on the floor by it! We had seen a man about ten minutes prior come up the stairs and to collect a car in the car park from this company, so we now know it was this man who abandoned our car. He probably didn’t want to deal with a very unhappy angry customer! Everytime we rang we got told ten minutes ten minutes, this went on for nearly two hours! It was always the same man returning the cars- we suspect he was working by himself!

We also had to pay an extra £16 in parking charges that we weren’t aware of.

Do not use this company!! 1 star is being nice to them..,,but had to give it to write this review …was left last night for over 5 hours waiting for our car to be returned along with another 15 families also waiting for their cars..stinking attitude from the staff face to face and over the phone..was told to f***off over the phone when we finally got through to them,,hung up on us a few times too…was told multiple times my car was on way and would be there in minutes.. then told my car was already in car park when it wasn’t..also when I gave them my reg number they had the make and model wrong so clearly were lying and didn’t have a clue where my car was.even fronting up to me in an aggressive manor..some cars left on bottom floor of multi story car park with keys under wheels,,.absolute joke of a company..do not use this company as they are con artists,do not use this company!!

Only gave one star as that’s the only way I can write a review!

We called 30 mins before to let them know we was on our way and someone was there waiting and took our car after telling us we needed to pay £8 for them to take the car out of the car park. We was not made aware of this when booking.

A week later we land at 23:00pm tried to call them as soon as we land but just kept going to voicemail… eventually got to the car park to find another 4-5 families waiting for their car!… I eventually got through they asked for my reg and said they would chase up my car. 4 hours passed and we got our car at 3am got home at 4:30 in the morning! (With 2 children)

There was only one number to contact no management and just 2 men bringing our cars up that was getting all the abuse… no communication from anyone but the men who just about knew themselves.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

TERRIBLE company

We found the car in the L4 car park, in the exact same spot we left four days previously but it was unlocked!!, with nobody from the company around to give us the keys we waited for over an hour for someone to turn up and give them to us. When we questioned the guy on the phone why it was left unlocked he was rude and dismissive saying it wasn’t his problem. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Phoned when we landed, told 45 mins when they state 25 mins on their page. Still waiting 2 hours later! Clearly have 1 driver collecting and dropping off. And using the cars they’re collecting to take other waiting to their cars! No sorry, just “you’re next” when they bother to answer the phone!

These people are disgusting. Infact the words I wish to use are not suitable for this website.

Treated my elderly parents like dirt. The manager was a flash….
Speaking to my parent with no respect what’s so ever, left them for an hour and a half waiting for their car keys. The manager actually told my mum do you know who I am?
When realising that the car was actually left in the car park bay which my parents left it, the manager told my mum how about you get the keys and pay the fee yourself £342 to be exact. Honestly cannot express enough with polite words how awful this company treat people and cannot believe Gatwick are allowing the to operate at the airport!!

Iv emailed them directly because, not to my surprise, you cannot leave a review on their own site, even though they have a get in touch form to fill out - it doesn’t allow you! They must know they are scums themselves.

DON’T TOUCH THIS LOT WITH A BARGEPOLE!!

If only I had read the reviews before using this awful company…! What a bunch of cowboys!!
My car was returned in a filthy condition, as if it had been parked in a farmyard. Mud everywhere inside and out - and it hadn’t rained that much while we were away!
And then: the car had clearly been given a “going over”, with things moved and, worst of all, my coin-holder with maybe £2 and some parking tokens taken.
I tried to contact their “Complaints” tel no - no answer!
I emailed and got a “so sorry, but we disclaim any and all responsibility” reply. In other words, you pays your money and you takes your chance with this lot!
I reported the theft to the Gatwick police, who didn’t sound surprised at the iPark name - ha!
I am also, like others have said, going to report them to the Gatwick management, asking how they can allow such outfits to operate, and if they are licensed…
Never again! Avoid iPark like the plague! Yukk!!!

Unfortunately we did not read reviews before booking with these.
For us are drop off was fine they were waiting for us and seemed polite only query was paying the extra £8 parking charge that we was not informed about prior.
On return we rang 30mins before like they ask they could only find 2 of the 3 bookings then when he finally found the 3rd said it would be an hour wait for the cars, on return one car had clearly been rummaged through and drivers seat led back only with settings on dash changed, one came back absolutely filthy and the 3rd came back with no fuel and £770 parking charge when we tried to leave the Gatwick helped desk resolved this for us but when we called the company to discuss they were rude and kept hanging up

Utterly disgusting treatment! Were there when we dropped off the car, but embroiled in arguments with homecoming customers. When we got home, they told us they were on their way. An hour and half later, the keys were 'found' down stairs on a different level because the driver who brought the car back went on his break for an hour!!

Absolutely disgraceful service from…

Absolutely disgraceful service from IPark Limited.
I booked and paid for a “premium” Meet & Greet parking service at Gatwick South Terminal and it turned into one of the most stressful experiences imaginable before a flight.
I called around 45 minutes before arrival, as instructed, to let them know I would arrive at 5:15pm. We arrived on time and waited until 6:30pm — nobody came to collect the car.
Our flight was at 7:20pm and we were left stranded, stressed, and panicking at the airport while repeatedly chasing them on the phone. The customer service was absolutely appalling. Staff were rude, hung up on me multiple times, told me to “get off the phone,” and even said: “If you miss the flight, you miss it” and that they would “come whenever they want.”
Completely unacceptable behaviour from any company, especially one claiming to provide a premium airport service.
In the end, we had no choice but to urgently book alternative parking with Maple Parking at our own expense, costing an extra £102.50 plus another £18 in airport parking charges.
This company caused unnecessary stress right before our holiday and failed to provide the service we paid for. I will be demanding a full refund and reimbursement of all additional costs.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Jobs worth

Don’t use this company waiting over 90 mins to see our car parked in the same place we left it. Wasn’t told about charges of £8 till after booking made. Staff are rude will never use this company again

Chaotic/Disorganised Parking Experience

Dropping off our car at gatwick was chaotic -it wasn’t pointed out that we had to pay £8 to drop off & pick up at the short stay total £16.00. The attendant that met us didn’t have a uniform & spoke poor English. There wasn’t a check in desk either, which left us feeling uneasy. Upon our return, I was told there would be a 45min wait. In fact it was nearly 2 hours before our car was return. Instead of 25-35 mins! I just received a phone call saying the key had been left on the tyre! During our wait at least 6 other couples & families had been waiting 2 or more hours. Some had been told Ipark couldn’t find their car or keys !Avoid this company - please do a lot of research. Although when I originally booked I saw the company had 4.9 stars out of 5 stars? They are a very disorganised company.
