Absolutely horrified by the way these people think it’s acceptable to treat other peoples belongings.
I am reaching out on here as not only did I have a terrible experience with this company, but I can only imagine the people who have lost there keys feel. I have found SOMEONE ELSES CAR KEYS IN MY CAR (Volkswagen key with Turkey eye key ring) - please reach out Milly Rose Melbourne - you can find me on Facebook.

Now for how they think retuning my car with 0 miles in the tank, not even 1 - adding 1600 miles to my mileage - denting and scratching all the back of the car - and leaving it some where god knows where - to allow it retuned so filthy!
Not only that, letting us wait over 1.5 hours upon landing to be retuned the car and being told numerous amount of times it’s pulling into the terminal, it’s 5 minutes away.

A joke to say the least, please avoid.

I hope I can reunite these keys with the rightful owner. I know the registration of your car so will need to confirm

Absolute Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs

I cannot stress enough how shocking and unprofessional this company is. Do not be fooled by their ratings on the Gatwick parking site; they absolutely have to be fake.

Our nightmare started when our return flight was delayed by over 24 hours. I attempted to email them to update our arrival time, but the email bounced back completely. My partner then had to call them from the USA. They claimed it was "no problem" but stated there would be an extra £20 charge.

When we finally landed back at Gatwick, we called to let them know we had arrived. Here is how the rest of the ordeal played out:

30 Minutes Later: We called for an update. They assured us the car was on its way. It wasn't.

The Ransom Demand: We called again, only to be told they wouldn't return the car until we paid the extra fee via BACS—to a personal bank account. Desperate to get our car, my partner paid it. Still, no car arrived.

The Incompetence: We called yet again, and they asked if we had "changed the registration number on the car." It became blindingly obvious that they had completely lost track of our vehicle. We had to give them our booking number just so they could go find it.

The Rudeness: To make matters worse, the staff hung up on us during almost every single phone call.

When the car finally showed up, it was in a absolutely filthy condition. The driver didn't even bother to offer an apology.

This company is unprofessional, suspicious, and treats its customers with utter contempt. Please do not use them.

Worst experience I've ever had, wait for long to drop my car, almost missed my flight and same long wait to pick up my car. Very rude staff on the phone and poor customer service, calls not answered. Overall terrible experience, please don't ever use this service, you'll regret it.

Late, unresponsive and unhelpful

I booked IPark Meet and Greet at London Gatwick, South Terminal, dropping off on 9th May 2026 and returned in the early hours of 17 May. Dropping off was OK, although I had to wait a while for them to show up; but collecting the car when I returned was very poor. As instructed, I called as soon as I landed (at 00:15), although my call was only answered on the fifth attempt. I was told I would have to wait for 45 minutes before my car would be delivered, not the 25-30 minutes promised in the documentation. In practice, the car was delivered 75 minutes after my call, at 1:30 in the morning! To make matters worse, the interior stank of cigarette smoke when it arrived (I am a non-smoker).
There was a group of other clients also waiting a long time for their cars: one couple had phoned when they landed at 11:00pm and had still not had their car delivered two and a half hours later.
Needless to say, the person handling the telephone conversations was not helpful or considerate in any way, but came across as rude and surly throughout.
I won't use them again

If I could give a minus I would

If I could give a minus I would. I wish I had seen reviews. We have had to leave our car at Gatwick. No one came and we were going to miss our flight. Has caused extreme stress and worry as do not know what we are coming back to. People had been waiting to collect their car for over 5 hours overnight and were left stranded. Have tried to call along with unrelated couple. Who alone rang 20 times. No answer. Left several voicemails. Now terrified what is going to happen

Absolutely shocking

Landed at 3am and still waiting at 4am for our car- stood with three other couples all with young children like ourselves and they have been here TWO Hours! Do not use this company.

We ended up waiting an hour and a half, we left other couples who had already been there for 2.5 hours with young children still there! It was 4am and 4 degrees! Absolutely disgusting.

When reunited with our car, they told us to go down to level three as it’s been left there, I said we are on level four as instructed by you and the email. They wouldn’t come up a level. We went to our car and realised why they couldn’t. They had abandoned our car in a disability bay and left the car key on the floor by it! We had seen a man about ten minutes prior come up the stairs and to collect a car in the car park from this company, so we now know it was this man who abandoned our car. He probably didn’t want to deal with a very unhappy angry customer! Everytime we rang we got told ten minutes ten minutes, this went on for nearly two hours! It was always the same man returning the cars- we suspect he was working by himself!

We also had to pay an extra £16 in parking charges that we weren’t aware of.

AVOID! AVOID!AVOID!
Called at 1pm. Car was delivered at 4.15 pm!!!!!
We called at regular intervals to find out what was the delay. We were fed lie after lie after lie.
When the driver finally arrived he showed us the text instruction to pick up the car to deliver to us....... it was sent by despatch at 3.30 pm!!!!!
While we waited 3 hours the average wait time for other customers was over an hour.

Absolutely CRAP COMPANY

Absolutely pathetic paid for premium service their so call uniform drivers look like Theve not washed for a month had to wait for almost 2 hrs for them to pick my car up from car park 4 then on top of the £80 I paid them driver took £10 cash for car park fee
On collection waited almost 3 hrs for them to drop car
They need reporting to trading standards They disconnected my Dash cam and left all wires dangling so God Knows where they keep cars parked
Had to pay extra again to exit car park

If i could give minus then thats what…

If i could give minus then thats what they would be getting!
On arrival i phone 30 mins before and they said they would be there waiting. I waited 40 mins once i arrived at the car park and almost missed my flight. Their appalling staff member just said yeh were busy today! He also wanted me to pay for the barrier charges and i said no this is supposed to be included (i am probably going to end up with a fine).
On arriving back again i called upon landing and to that i got on i will call you back. 20 minutes later no call back so i called. Oh well you are not due back yet you are due back at 1am. I said no i have just landed and i was booked until 12.30. I was then told not to argue with him which i was not and he said i will see you at 1.30am!! This being 2 hours after initially calling. I was then forced to pay the charge to get out and again this was supposed to be included.
Criminals and i will be reporting them they are utterly appalling

Minus 5 if possible

I have to give a 1 that’s the minimum!!!
A real S… company, drop off was easy but collecting the car is a different matter it took almost as long to get the car as it did to fly back from Spain !!
At least we got our car there were 2 couples who had been waiting for over 2 hours in the car park the last thing you need.
so pay a little extra and use a better company.

Shame on whoever runs this company you are totally ill equipped to provide this service. Suggest you look at the description on your website.

Other car owners had to contend with lost Tesla card key and flat battery.

Delivery drivers leave cars on other levels to avoid dealing with irate customers, with keys left on top of car!!

This company needs closing down

This company needs closing down, people if you have any sense don't use them they are disgusting shameful people I hope we meet soon but the man that gave my sons van back to him after they failed to bring it to him when he landed at 2am ran away after giving him his keys DON'T USE IPARK

On drop off the person collecting my car was 1 hour late.
On collection, after waiting for an hour and trying to get an answer on the phone (and talking to many other frustrated customers) it was explained they had lost my car! I was then driven to their holding site(a field) and told to find my car myself…. Absolutely disgusting service and not so much as an apology.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY. SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION. I was shocked at the difference between this "meet and greet" and one that I used at Stansted airport. This company is NOT a meet and greet. You go to a car park, someone turns up to take your key and then asks you to Pay £4 to get the car from the carpark. Upon return I had to pay £14 to get out of the car park and it says on their website “Airport charges not included £5.50 each side.”. They left my KEY ON THE WHEEL upon my return and looking at the reviews I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. When I told them I was not happy about this they said "we're going to hang up now". I emailed about my experience asking for a 50% refund because of the service received which I think is highly fair considering my whole car could've been taken by someone (ESPECIALLY as this is clearly something they do often) and they just told me they were refunding me the carpark discrepancies. Absolutely disgusting. I have reported this to the police.

Do not sure this lot ever

This is a con site, they clearly have a field and a few drivers and they hide behind multiple identities, iPark, Exec Parking, Fly Away Parking...to name a few - all of them have a contact number ending in 088.

They turned up late for the collection and last night told us 30/45 mins - ok .....2 hours and 15 later they turned up, on the wrong floor and blamed us. They stopped answering phone calls and there were multiple customers in exactly the same or worse circumstances
