Reasonable price and only a few minutes walk from check in

I have used the valet parking at Gatwick ( South and North ) several times . Although it can be relatively expensive ( without any offers etc ) it is worth the money in my view for pure convenience and zero hassle .

All good apart from directions in as received fine for pulling into drop off zone instead of next right bit peeved but overall good experience

Easy to find and easy drop off and pick up. The staff abd shuttle driver were very pleasant and helpful. Very happy and will use them again.

Always use long stay make sure you take picture of car park

Just turn up hand over you keys and a short distance to the terminal perfect and on return just a short walk out of the terminal to collect you keys and be on your way 👌

Worth the peace of mind going with the airport parking. Parking is intuitive experience. Didn't get a step by step explanation before hand. Appreciated the adult experience and it was easy.

I prepaid £97 for Short Stay North, expecting a straightforward start and finish to my holiday. Instead, I got confusing signage, a failed booking system and days of unnecessary worry.

On arrival, my correct number plate appeared on the barrier screen, but the system failed to recognise my prepaid booking. I called for assistance and was told to take a ticket. Gatwick has since confirmed that its system read my registration correctly but failed to link it to the booking.

I then had to make calls from Portugal and spent my holiday worrying about being charged again when I returned. On exit, I had to call for assistance AGAIN, explain everything and give my name before they opened the barrier.

The signage was APPALLING. I initially entered a car park displaying “Short Stay Premium”, leaving me unsure whether my standard booking was valid there. After circulating, I eventually moved to Car Park 6.

Returning late at night was just as confusing. Signs directed me towards Short Stay and across the road, then I couldn’t find clear continuation signage identifying the entrance. Instead, I saw “Valet”. How difficult is it to put up a clear sign saying “Car Park 6 — Short Stay entrance”?

To top it off, on my first afternoon in Portugal I received an AutoPay failure email for a separate £10 drop-off charge. I was there to use prepaid parking. I paid because I didn’t want escalating charges hanging over my holiday. That refund request remains unresolved. A £10 minimum drop-off fee is ridiculous enough; receiving this demand while away made an already stressful experience worse.

Gatwick apologised but declined my request for £50, saying I had used the parking for its intended purpose. That misses the point completely: I paid for convenience and got hassle, uncertainty and holiday stress.

In my experience, South Terminal feels like a different airport. North Terminal parking needs a serious review of its signage, booking system and customer service. Thoroughly disappointing.

Parking at Gatwick Airport is always easy and if you book in advance good value and gives a sense of security. Always had a very smooth experience

I have used the Gatwick holiday parking a couple of times is good and convenient a good alternative to a tax given the duration of your stay

Surprisingly the cost of using the Gatwick short term parking was more competitive than my usual supplier. Being only a short walk from the terminal made things so easy, both for departure and more especially arrival

Have used many times and is convenient for us.I like the peace of mind with your car keys with you.We use South long stay whether flying from South or North Terminal as your not always aware which you are flying from or arriving into and its only a shuttle away for either.Prices are creeping up but what isn't these days.i just feel reassured my wonderful fifteen year old Focus is there waiting to greet us.

Very easy to book and confirmation received immediately. Once at the car park it’s very easy to get to the terminal with minimum effort. Excellent have used before and will use again
