Official Gatwick Airport Parking Omdömen 

We have used official Gatwick Airport Parking lots of times. We used north and south car parks Each time we have been very pleased. The transportation is so easy to use and is very frequent. I would definitely recommend leaving your car here. Very safe and you take your own keys with you. Will definitely be using again for our holiday next year.

Quick and easy payment, car park easy to navigate could do better on the price.

Easy to book. Drive to location. Number plate read, barrier opens you park. On return drive to barrier, it reads number plate, barrier goes up, off you go. So easy.

First time using the valet parking service and can honestly say, was so easy. Drop off and pick up instructions very clear. Car parked within Gatwick grounds so very secure. I will definitely use this service going forwards which is same cost for me as what 2 taxis would be! Would recommend to my family and friends

I had previously booked valet parking at Gatwick south terminal, along with fast track security. However my airline suddenly cancelled my flight and rebooked me for another day. I thought I would have problems changing my parking booking and would probably have to cancel and rebook at a higher cost to myself, eventhough the change was no fault of mine. However I went into my Gatwick airport account and the changes were easy to make with only a small increase of price. I was very happy with how straightforward it was to make the changes.

It was our first time using Valet Parking at London Gatwick North Terminal and it went very smoothly dropping our car off prior to our holiday and again our car was waiting for us on collection, we were very impressed with the service and literally a 2 minute walk into the terminal, thank you, we will be booking again.

If you are flight from the north terminal book the north car park. They tell you it’s only a 2 minute train ride from the south terminal. What they don’t say is it took 30 minutes from parking to get to the south terminal then 10 minutes walking and waiting for train, then 2 minutes. Best part of 40 minutes more than North car park. But still better than other car parks around the area!

Signage to Valet parking at the South Terminal is extremely hard to spot.
Otherwise an excellent service

Booking easy, value for money, easy access and exit. Only reason for 4 stats is that the prior communication doesn’t make it obvious where you can park, but otherwise very good

This was the first time I have used the short term car parking as I normally prefer the long stay but because I had my large golf travel bag I didn’t want the hassle of lifting it on and off the commuter bus. The closeness to the terminal made it the right decision and I recommend it to others in a similar situation.

On arrival, the bus stops were showing 'Out of Use, Please use alternative stop' message...with no indication which of the other 12(ish) bus stops were in use. After visiting several showing the same message ( and watching buses sail by), I eventually got on a bus to the terminal. If I had mobility issues, then this would have been even more stressful. As it was, roaming a large car park with suitcase with no pavements in the early hours of the morning ( lucky it was not raining) wasted my time and did nothing to improve the Gatwick 'experience'!!!

Family friendly and affordable Long Stay parking with plenty of free and well sized spaces, sufficient bus service linking the parking to terminal and simple booking process, the whole experience is overall the best among London airports to me
