It was easy to book and the price was fair in comparison to others. We were happy we were able to keep our keys. We had no problems with the bus transfer either way. Very good start and end to our holiday.

Booking process very easy online. All information confirmed quickly and received timely reminders. Included bus transfer to terminal is quick and stress free. Price was reasonable on this occasion in June 26 but I have to say that is not always the case, price through the year varies unnecessarily by some margin. The big win for me is that it’s reasonably secure and you keep your keys. No chance of ‘cowboys’ misusing your car. Have used for many years and would highly recommend.

Long stay parking could be better if it was a bit cheaper, it's quite expensive just for a parking space for a week then you come back and your car is filthy.

It was okay but we did Summer Special and had to wait a while for the bus, around 20mins. I prefer the normal long stay as busses are more frequent..

Going on holiday can be stressful, when using an unfamiliar airport this can be exacerbated.

After booking valet parking, I received an email with information including a postcode that would take me ‘where I needed to be’ if by that they meant West Sussex, then it was accurate, otherwise, it was pointless. I drove round for over 20 minutes in a fruitless hope of finding any pointers. Eventually, we rang the helpline, which didn’t offer any option that would be helpful, so we had to select a random option, which a really sympathetic lady advised us that the postcode was ‘very misleading’
She kindly informed us that it was situated

It may well tell you that somewhere on the web site but why not send it with the confirmation email rather than a bloody silly postcode that tries to take you on to the runway?

Once parked the attendant had said that there had been a lot of complaints that it was poorly sign posted. For an airport that serves 46 million people a year surely that can be an insurmountable task?

I never have a problem with Gatwick parking and I have used it for years and at good price

Mid stay at Gatwick North is very convenient. However if you overstay by more than 2 hours you will be hit by a £60 charge. So if your return flight is cancelled ( as ours was by the thunderstorms) it’s another cost to factor in. They would not compromise at all so it does seem to be a rip off as that’s roughly the cost of a week if booked well in advance. Be warned!

From booking to parking and exiting it went smoothly and efficient! You know your car is safe whilst you are away. Will as always be using them again!

I’ve booked through these before and thought the process was seamless and found the staff so lovely on site, this time using them my mum broke her leg on holiday and the staff here particularly one gentleman was so helpful, he had past experience in the medical field so was super helpful with how to transport my mum. Honestly couldn’t thank him enough. Highly recommend this!

Directions to car parking, plenty of spaces, buses run on time and good information given.

Great service all round. The fact the pickup point is so close once out of the airport makes the experience of travelling back home less stressful after a long flight.

Easy directions and easy to find. Efficient, polite staff. Quick bus service. Excellent that on entry to car park, photos are taken to establish condition of car. Quick, easy collection of car on return. Would recommend.

Goid value. Needs better instruction on exactly where the long stay parking is. I missed it, was forced down the drop off road and incurred an extra £10 cost. Annoying.
