Very convenient and easy to use for not a lot more cost than parking elsewhere. Just a short walk to the terminal which is great when you arrive late at night on return. No waiting for bus to car park.

Have used the South Terminal Long Stay parking several times now for flights from Gatwick and it's been great every time.
This time I had to speak to someone as the barrier wouldn't raise when I arrived, but I think that was because I arrived several hours later than when I'd booked it for. There was no issue though, couple of checks on the booking and the barrier was raised.
The signage in the car park was a little confusing this time around, I ended up parking in a closed part of the car park as the other areas said no entry except for buses, I only found this out after several buses passed me for 'drop off only' and one eventually stopped to advise and let me on. But that wasn't a major issue, certainly nothing to downvote them for.
To the drivers who leave negative reviews because they drove in to the drop off zone after leaving the car park, I don't understand how that is the fault of the car park that you are unable to read signs on the main road and follow directions.
To those thinking of using the car park, but worry about those reviews about the drop off charges, simple thing to do when leaving the car park is get in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the Hilton or motorway, which is the first right turn after leaving the car park.
Location is great, plenty of parking and staff are always friendly.

Valet Parking in the North Terminal excellent from the minute we booked it, directions at the airport to parking venue very good, staff on arrival very friendly and informative leading us to our hotel, on our arrival the same again overall a simple exercise thank you.

Pricey for what it is but very convenient being so close to the terminals. The facilities are a bit dated but the buses were often and the drivers were friendly.

Excellent service all round, from booking, communication, confirmation, instructions and at a reasonable price.

We parked at the South Terminal Valet carpark and access was very easy and literally minutes walk into the south Terminal check-in. We returned to North terminal but the shuttle train between terminals was so easy (approx 3-4 mins) and a couple of minutes from the train station to valet. All in all a very good experience

Gatwick North mid stay parking is extremely easy and convenient to use. Access to terminal building is through corridor so no need to step out to reach. It is just 5 mins walk. Highly recommend to use it

Worth every penny parking with Valet Parking. Straightforward instructions to tell you where to go. Lovely friendly staff. Very chatty and helpful. This is my third visit. Will definitely be parking again. Saves so much time
