If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely shocking, waited almost 2 hours on arrival for them to pick up the car, they were rude & kept avoiding phone calls. There were no spaces on the level we were advised to go to and a driver came and ended up taking a whole load of keys whilst a whole load of cars were parked along where the lifts were.
Then on arrival we waited over an hour at 3am after being told they couldn’t locate the vehicle. Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE!!!! Waited 3hrs for our car to be delivered. Kept getting fobbed off with some stories about not being insured to drive in the rain and “it’s 10 minutes away”
Absolute joke that a company like this can operate out of one of the busiest, largest airports in the UK. We sadly booked through a comparison site and their reviews seemed ok. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My car was never returned after using this service. It was later found crashed at a nearby Shell garage. These people are complete scammers and refuse to take any responsibility for the damage.
They also failed to move my father-in-law’s car and he never received his keys. As a result, he was forced to pay £500 just to exit the car park.
Unfortunately, this has happened to many other customers too. Stay well away from this company.

Absolutely shocking experience.

I booked a Meet & Greet service expecting a professional, reliable and secure service. Instead, my family and I were left stranded at Gatwick Airport for over three hours.

I called at approximately 18:30 and was told my vehicle would be ready at 19:00. Over the next three hours, I was repeatedly told that my car had already left the parking facility, that the driver was on the way and that the vehicle would arrive within minutes.

None of this was true.

Eventually, we located the vehicle ourselves. It had not been delivered to the agreed collection point. Instead, it had been left on Level 0 rather than Level 4 as stated in their own procedures.

What I found was unbelievable:

• Engine still running.
• Windows left open.
• Keys left accessible.
• No member of staff present.
• Vehicle effectively abandoned.

As the owner of the vehicle, a disabled person travelling with my husband and two disabled children, this caused enormous stress and anxiety after a long journey.

To make matters worse, despite advertising “Airport Charges Included”, I was charged additional fees totalling £18.

I also have tracker data, photographs and video evidence showing where the vehicle was taken and the condition in which it was left. The evidence directly contradicts much of the information repeatedly provided to us throughout the evening.

I submitted a formal complaint on 28 May and have received no response whatsoever.

This was not a professional Meet & Greet service. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think very carefully before handing over their vehicle.

These scumbags lost my car key, they have no paper work for you to sign the car over when you arrive, probably not insured, driving licence even who knows? Aparently they operate out of a hotel car park in horley the cambridge hotel others have said. Report them to west sussex trading standards, keys are kept in a boot of a car in this hotel car park. They lie constantly, damage cars, never return calls or even apologise, they all need a good pasting which i am sure will end up happening soon. Previous customers have detqils on their tik tok videos if you type in I Park or flyaway parking or LGW Executive parking as they trade under these names. They purposely do this as they know people are rushing to get a flight, or just want to get home. They leave cars inside the car park so just video the experience as evidence. To this day i still have had no response to my emails or calls as they still have my key. Gather as much evidence as you can.

I booked the parking on a comparison website and stupidly looked at reviews for the comparison site rather than ipark. Please do not make the same mistake. We managed to contact the company when we landed to arrange to have our car delivered, but when we arrived at the meeting point there were around 20 people waiting which grew to around 30 as the (late) night went on. It seemed everyone had different stories - out car had been driven off site whereas other had they cars left in the carpark but with no keys to move them. Getting hold of the company was a nightmare thereafter with repeated claims thay the car was in its way. We collectively managed to collar one of their drivers who appeared to be approaching cars and hiding car keys on the wheels. At this time we called the police who were brilliant and dispatched multiple units. To cut a long story short I was one of the lucky ones whose car was at the yard and they had my keys. The 3 hour wait I had was nothing compared to others who were still waiting to be reunited with their cars when I left. Just as I was leaving the police found a carrier bag with multiple car keys in that someone had dumped when being chased!! The police said they have ongoing issues with these guys who just set themselves up as different companies, and are trying their hardest to shut them down.
PLEASE DONT DO AS I DID AND GO FOR THE CHEAPEST QUOTE - MAKE 100% SURE YOU READ REVIEWS RELATING TO THE ACTUAL PARKING COMPANY. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND OPERATING ILLEGALLY WITH NO INSURANCE POLICY WHICH ENABLES THEM TO DRIVE YOUR CAR!!!!

Not worthy of the one star rating.
Having called a good 30mins out of Gatwick on arrival at said 5th floor no parking spaces at all, told to park on 6th floor and wait on 5th, 30 mins after I arrived, so now a total of 1hr after my call an operative, can’t really call him anything but, took my keys, no paperwork and as I had a flight to catch I had to go. I thought I had been scammed so was fully expectant of no car on my return.
Having now read all the reviews a wonder why on Earth I booked with these charlatans.
Duly arrived back at the said time, called as instructed to be told it would be 45mins wait . Wait on Level 5 and the driver will bring the car. So that was some consolation that the car was being returned. 30mins into my wait I got a call from a random mobile no, saying my car was on level 3, and the driver wouid meet me there, off I trotted to discover my car was indeed on level three, unlocked, window open and the key waiting for me and any other opportunist to pick up on the rear tyre of the car.
Exit ticket on dash, which I checked with a quick call had been pre paid. (As part of the price)
Irritated I proceeded to the exit only to discover it had indeed not been paid.. £8.00 later to finally get on my way home.
Reached home and went to fetch somting from the glove box only to discover that the corntents had been rummaged through along with all the other compartments of my car, doors and central console.
My advice to anyone reading this, is avoid at all costs. I will be reporting this shining example of bad practice to Gatwick Airport authority.
Very very poor service with some serious flaws. And a rather nasty taste left in my mouth.

Paid for full service no drop off charges but drivers had no idea... tried to reclaim through email and website but no answer.. AVOID.

Do not use - read the reviews, they are all correct. Wish I would have seen these.
Over 2 hours to get our car back. We had to go to the hotel/car yard in the end to find our car. Complete shambles, how this company is still allowed to run I have no idea. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

AWFUL COM MAN COWBOYS

I have a broken leg and my husband and I had to wait 2.5 hours. We made 138 calls in total being messed around . I was told at 1826 the car was on the way. 20:07 he said someone would pick me up. I am furious .

Would not even give this company 1*, took 2 hours to collect my keys at the meet point and only because they arrived with someone elses car so I threw my keys and pointed out the car. Went to pick up, over 30 people waiting and had been waiting for 5/6 hours. British police got involved after one of their drivers tried to run a customer over and said its a complete scam. Got my car after 6 hours with a tired disabled child and the back was full of dog hair & 145 miles magically gone. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service from start to finish had to call over 13 times for them to meet us at the air port and waited well over an hour for the car to be returned. When calling the customer services they told me the car was at the airport but wasn’t a complete scam of a service

Is it not possible to leave a review of less than 1 star? Do not use this company under any circumstances. No one was at the car park when we arrived and we waited two hours for the car to be returned. Absolute cowboys.

Just appalling, arrived today, our car was there, but keys were just left on wheel, that’s the good one, two other families who traveled with us waited for over 3 hours, they had a exit bill of £470 and now their car has broken down, I can not put into words how absolutely disgusting this company is

Waited and hour and half for car called them multiple times saying is was 8-10 mins. Travelling with two young children and when I said we had been waiting a long time he had the cheek to say it's only been an hour! Then when it finally arrived they parked the car on a different floor to where we were meant to meet them, left the key by the tyre! We will be reporting to Gatwick parking.

Awful

Waited over 4 hours after they lost our car and car key. Eventually the police found our car with no key. 33 degrees heat with a baby and a 6 year old, no water and staff kept hanging up on us.

Absolutely horrific, they made us late so close to missing the flight! Was greeted by some weird, smelly, dirty, non uniformed man who look like he fell off a boat, who was rude and couldn’t speak English, he had no clue what he was doing and I was expected to leave my car with him. The number given would just call out, once answered the man on the phone was rude and put the phone down on me numerous times. On the way back I waited 2 hours to get my car back with my exhausted children, absolutely horrendous, disgusting service from a company that I’ve since worked out is operating illegally and are ripping people off. Strong evidence needs to be shown to the police and Gatwick airport to have them shut down. Also using illegal immigrants to run their operation, if I had facts of the names involved I would report. So many people at the airport had the same experience with some missing their flights.

Some random perfume left in car and clearly it had been used whilst we were away
