DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked on this website on 30th March and then got an email saying the booking is with Bee Parking, googled them and they had awful reviews, luckily i paid the £1 cancellation fee and emailed immediately to cancel. They cancelled the booking straight away but then tried to make me take a credit note or reschedule, i said i wanted a refund. They said it would take 14-30 days due to the war in Iran. Firstly, they cant just make up their own terms! I raised with bank after 14 days who are investigating but as of today (30th April), i still have no refund and they don't pick up calls or reply to emails. I honestly dont think they ever intend on refunding me, i dont know how this company is still operating and getting away with this?!!? Awful and shameful.

Update 1/5/2026 - i just got an email from them saying they will not refund me unless i am polite to them and they could of just refunded within 3 days if they wanted. Im honestly shocked how they are getting away with this. Still no refund.

Just to remind you this site is a SCAM. They dont reply to anything, don't refund and slap you with extra charges. I'm also writing to Mastercard to find out why they are allowing SCAMMERS like these be recognised as a trusted agent. USE APH/ JET PARKS.

I used Ashton carter trading limited Heathrow car parking services , while I was they used my car and now I have £200 fines entering hotels . Trying to get hold of them to find out who was driving why was they using my car. To pick up people from a hotel. Drinking in my car as there was a can of coke empty in there . The police are investigating this but struggling to find out the address of this place and someone getting back to me. DO NOT USE THEM

Dont book, the have hiddne fees that are not disclose to you until you made the payment. I was disclosed a Airport Levy Charges not included. Drop-off: £10, Pick up: £10, This is £20 extra.

I tried to get this cancel and fully refunded ASAP but they still took £15 of CXL fee. I will use now CC Chargeback

Made a booking and paid extra for cancellation. E mailed to cancel within one day of booking. They replied straightaway offering refund or credit voucher. I responded saying refund please and have sent many e mails since after 3 weeks none have been responded to. I have no enrolled credit card to deal with my case of getting a refund

Parking was made easy and the transition to the airport was really quick in terms of the wait time

I recently used this parking service at Airport and had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy. I did have to wait a bit longer for my car upon my return. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient service that made my travel experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend it!"

This company didn’t send me an email confirmation of the booking, don’t answer when I reach out to them on online chat, and used a car park operator who were rude and slow.
Avoid.

Terrible company you really don't know who you are going to get. I had to pay an extra £15 when I arrived to drop off the car at Heathrow. On my return I waited 2 hrs to be picked up. I called them many times but they kept putting the phone down on me. Really frustrating. They really don't look after your car. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Don't trust the reviews given for the companies on this site. I booked Express Parking Heathrow which showed as 4.6 on this website however Trustpilot shows it as 2.6 because they were terrible.

Avoid this company from afar. When bowing, everything nicely rendering the car also a but the reception is tragic. Instead of the waiting time that is given up to half an hour, I waited three and a half hours. To call the number provided, it is almost impossible to connect time. The staff left the car somewhere and did not inform and was charged a double fee and the key was left on the wheel. Such practices are unacceptable.

The service was very smooth and without any delays. The driver was already waiting for us in the parking to collect the car and on way back the driver arrived with the car in 5 minutes. I found whole experience easy and trouble free.

I booked parking for my car via this company. They took the money off my credit card. I needed to change my booking so went onto their website and it told me I had no booking. Tried calling them, number always busy. Tried emailing, nothing. This company is a Scam, do dot use. I will be contacting my credit card company to retrieve payment. I say again do not use this company.

Was easy to drop off and collection was from the same place. On return I collected my luggage called to say I was back. I manage to grab a coffee and don’t have long to wait for my car to be returned. Was a great experience and overall very happy

It was a pleasant and straight forward process. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the only slight issue that needs improving is the wait time I had to endure for the driver to arrive and collect my car and also during my return. That will need to be be improved upon to reduce customer wait times.

DO NOT USE! I paid for cancellation and when I cancelled, they deducted the full admin fee of £15. They said I should have cancelled on-line but there was no option to cancel on-line. I have raised a complaint t but no-one gets back to you. Every single time you call, the line is engaged. AVOID!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would strongly advise others to exercise caution before booking.

I reserved 12 nights of parking for September 2026 and paid extra for cancellation cover. After subsequently reading numerous negative reviews about the provider, Airport VIP Meet and Greet, I decided to cancel the booking more than seven months in advance—well outside the stated 48-hour cancellation window.

Despite cancelling in accordance with the advertised terms, the company was initially reluctant to issue a refund and instead offered a booking credit. I declined this and requested a refund to my original payment method, as I was entitled to do. I was then informed that a £15 administration fee would be deducted.

This is particularly frustrating as the terms and conditions clearly state that this fee should not apply when cancellation cover has been purchased—which it was. Nevertheless, the company has refused to refund this amount.

The cancellation cover appears to be effectively meaningless, and customer service has been poor throughout the process. Based on my experience, the practices feel misleading and unfair. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service altogether.
