No venden piezas de reposicion
Buenas tardes,
He comprado un producto suyo, de el cual he perdido un componente exactamente un tapón.
Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente y me dicen que ellos no venden repuestos o recambios….ademas les expliqué que había pasado.
Y como les puse en el correo,al final las empresas se diferencian en esos detalles.
Si una empresa que es la fabricante de los productos no tienen recambios para poder ni siquiera comprarlos ,me parece que ya dice mucho de ella.

Auch ich habe über Groupon.de einen Sonnenaufgangswecker bestellst,den ich sofort ( weil nicht gefallen und zu kompliziert) zurück geschickt,wobei das zurück schicken sehr kompliziert war und nach einigen Anläufen und anschreiben funktioniert hat. Jetzt warte ich aber seit August auf meine Erstattung !!!!!!! Auch mit Groupon ist es nicht wirklich einfach......also ich rate von Bestellungen zu InnovaGoods ab......ich habe mein Geld immer noch nicht!!!!!!!!

I asked for sizing information
I asked for sizing information for an Innovagoods product but due to the fact it was being sold in a Decathlon store they sent this reply
“ If you're planning to purchase on Decathlon , we suggest that you contact directly its support for assistance.”
The inquiry was for sizing information which they had previously said was a one size despite my showing that there were different size marking on the packaging with no sizing information on either the package or their website
Poor service - I won’t be buying their product

Charlotte vom Customer Care verweist nur an den Händler und empfiehlt mir den Rechtsweg.
Vielleicht sollte ich den Rechtsweg gegen InnovaGoods anstreben.
Warum sollte ich noch irgendein Gerät hier kaufen wenn es nach 6 Monaten Schrott ist? Dabei wäre eine Reparatur sehr einfach möglich.
Maximal enttäuschend.

Fair refund
I notified InnovaGoods that the product is not satisfying my needs and desires and would like to send it back in its original shape. After some discussion, they offered to refund the entire money and that I can keep the product. This is something that goes beyond the customer service and flexibility I expected! Great support, I'm super happy!

Negative experience without any information about my package
I usually order from this brand because there are lots of useful products with interesting prices when there are big sales. Recently I made a large order via Veepee website. The order has been prepared and shipped relatively fast however there are two deal-breaking faults:
The choice of the courier
The customer service
The courier didn't deliver my order plus they sent me wrong delivery information.
I have no reaction from the customer service since nearly one week.
I practically lent my money to the vendor with zero interest rate.

Foldable Table and Customer ServiceOn the 26th of September
I ordered a foldable table from Innova Goods, which was delivered to my home on the 26th of September. Unfortunately, the table arrived with a damaged edge. I immediately took photos and contacted customer service. To their credit, they responded quickly and offered me two options: either return the table or accept a €30 refund, as the table was still usable.
While the refund process took quite some time, I decided to keep the table. Although the damage is noticeable, the table is still functional, and I appreciate the customer service team’s prompt assistance.
