Horrid company. I ordered a case for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra... Never arrived. I spent several days trying to use their chat to no avail... Ended up having to email. The staff there is utterly useless. Even though I included screen shots of the invoice, they still got it wrong. The cheap case my son received was delivered (though it is a very sub par product) is the invoice they worked from even though I did not include it in my communication. They even followed up with a mind numbingly inept response that it is what I "encoded on the shipping address", even though the receipt they referenced was for a separate order. I have had to cancel this purchase and will make sure to let others know how sub par this company is. Sad really... I had purchased 2 products and might have looked for more had Gorilla Cases sent a quality product and delivered everything.

I ordered a case on 7-31-21.
Never heard back on shipping so I cancelled order via email on 8-6-21.
Gorilla case store ordered the case from Amazon on 8-11-21.
I received case on 8-18-21.
I requested returning 8-19-21 per Goillacasestore instructions via email.
Received one response back asking why and I responded 8/19 saying I had previously cancelled order and ordered an otterbox.
8/21 received an "updated shipping info email".
As of 8/24, have not received a return requested response from gorillacasestore.

I ordered a Gorilla glass protector for my note 9 and never received a tracking number. I finally received my product, and it was for a note 8, and it was some Chinese knock-off fake glass. After asking for a refund, James from gorilla glass sent me a msg that the cases are miss labeled... Yeah, ok, I'll try it on my phone. Well, guess what. It doesn't cover correctly and fell off after 6hrs!

Also, If you order from their site, you'll receive it from Amazon, but it won't register with amazon...

Update to my review - I just received the correct screen protector that I ordered. So I'll adjust my rating to 3 stars

Well I did only read the warnings after I had purchased a case and "free"screen saver. And I did read a review where they did receive the product late. My purchase showed up about 6 months of me leaving constant messages when I could and multiple emails that non where ever answered until the very last email. So yeah I did get my case and screen saver but not worth my aggravation and having pretty much beg for it. Wish I read the reviews first but I did fall for it thinking they were part of the gorilla glass company.

Theives!!! took my money. never heard a word. Terrible. You've been warned!

Purchased a camera lens screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy s21 plus phone, never received, no customer service, there website is shady. Very dissatisfied

The worst company ever. Bought a case over a month ago and still no case has arrived. Sent email and they said give them 24 hours, that was 10 days ago. Called a left messages, still no response. I can not rate their cases because I never received it!

I ordered a Gorilla case for my Samsung Note8 I have emailed 4 times and had one reply telling me they would get back to me. No reply, no case I requested a refund and doubt that will happen either. call them few times never pick up and now say voicemail full
Stay away from this site is a scam, ill report them.
Give my money back and stop this rip-off......

I wish I would have read reviews before buying this case. I normally go with OtterBox but wanted to try something different. When I received the case there was two defects in the screen cover.. it was wavy and the reason why is they used soft plastic for the front and back covers not hard plastic so it lays flat all kinds of reflections. Couple of the reviews I read people never even got their case so I guess I could be thankful there although it's really only worth ten bucks. Going to get me an OtterBox case right now hope this helps you make your decision too!!!(

Esta empresa no responde correos y tampoco toma las llamadas. Ordené un Cover para Note 20 Ultra en Enero, el cual aún no me llega. No compren en esta compañía, es una estafa!

I ordered a Gorilla case for my Samsung Note 10 November 2020. I paid extra for international shipping. I have emailed twice and had one reply telling me they would get back to me. No reply, no case I requested a refund and doubt that will happen either.
Stay away from this site.
If I could I would have given them a -3 on the ratings.

No customer service. They don't say as you buy it that they have no returns. The case i purchase doesn't cover most of the phone. Not worth the cost.

Purchased a case for a Samsung Note 20 and paid for 13th August. After a month contacted and said I had not received, got a response saying " case has been shipped" asked for shipping details and tracking and never got a reply. Sent many emails most have gone unanswered, asked for a refund, no apology no offer to resend, just a reply saying item shipped. 4 months on still sending messages and get a reply item shipped dont understand problem. What a joke stay clear of these scammers. Why take money even if out of buisness.

I recieved the wrong case and they would not respond to any emails or answer a phone. When I filed a charge back they threatened to sue me not send me what Iordered. Pathetic! Here is the email. We sent you the correct cases that, you ordered, we just got the dispute. 

Now here's what will happen: we are going to give you 1 week to withdrawal, the dispute and send the proper proof. 

What you did is called chargeback fraud, we will not tolerate it. So next week, we are going to small claims court in the state of OHIO, and we are going to file a civil complaint for the amount of $500. This is for damages and you will have to show up and argue your case with a judge present, if you do not show up, most people don't then we will get a default judgement. I suggest you do the proper research, also this was in the terms and conditions that you agreed to.

Horrible company and absent customer service!!!! Ordered a case at the beginning of July and still have not received. I have not even received a tracking number even though they say it has shipped. I have contacted them numerous times to get an itemized receipt sent to me for the monies paid as I am refuting the charges with my credit card company for items not received. They haven't even replied to those emails!!!! Fraudulent company!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible service! Ordered a case over two months and it was shipped and sent back to sender because they mailed to the wrong place. Still waiting for them to reship. customer service takes forever to respond and are clueless to what they are doing.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THESE GUYS!!! you have been warned.
