Do not order from here!! Cheap products that are not as described

DO NOT BUY FROM GORILLA CASES!!!! I Would rate it 0 if I could! don’t get scammed by these con artists, I bought a case, took over a month to be delivered and when I opened the package it was the wrong case, tried to send it back and get a refund and they claimed I was trying to scam them and refused a refund, thankfully my bank sorted them out. Trust me don’t give them a penny, low life scum bags !

My order was never received. I contacted and they did nothing. I do not recommend this company at all. And it has been 3 months since I bought the so called phone case.

Unlike others here, I'm pretty sure I got the advertised product in a timely manner. The main problem is that, yeah, I paid more money than necessary for a pretty cheap product. I got one of those magnetic 2-piece cases with the screen protector, which came to me with scratches and dings already on the back cover. Still, the screen part was fine, so I went ahead and used it, which seemed like what I wanted at first. Then over time I noticed dust getting inside on the screen, and it turned out part of the case wasn't properly sealed. The thing had basically come to me broken this whole time. Pretty annoying, especially with the no refund policy.

I should have checked reviews first.
I ordered a case and a tempered glass screen cover.
In my case the items arrived fairly quickly. I did not have to chase them up.
Upon opening they were both not what I expected.
The case was cheap and I could have bought the same elsewhere for considerably less.
The supposedly tempered glass screen cover came in a box of 5 and was as thin as it could possibly be.
I emailed my complaint and requested a refund only to have a reply stating to contact them for help via email (which I had just done) or use the non existent new chat feature.
As it is too costly to return items to America I will mark this up to experience but will always check reviews before purchasing anything in future.
My advise is to stay away from this company as you do not get what you pay for.

Dit zijn absolute oplichters! Ik heb 4 weken geleden van deze site een beschermhoesje voor mijn gsm gekocht. Deze is pas afgelopen maandag aangekomen. Ik heb hier 59,95 euro voor betaald. Om dan mijn pakket te openen en een harde plastic met hier en daar wat rubber rond aan te krijgen. Hierboven komt ook nog eens dat de kickstand aan de achterkant van dit hoesje gewoon al kapot is as vooraleer ik deze had uitgepakt en dat de magneet er direct uit viel… Met deze firma is enkel contact op te nemen via hun online chat waar heel onvriendelijk word gereageerd tot mij zelfs dom te noemen en me te zeggen dat de kickstand zo werkt. Terug sturen en het terug krijgen van uw geld is geen optie enkel winkelkrediet maar ze willen het item niet accepteren. Had ik al deze voorgaande revieuws maar eerder ontdekt… ZWAAR TELEURGESTELD. Hardleers zeggen ze dan.
Zelfs geen ster waard.

Honestly, waited forever to get the phone case. It's nothing like the picture.
I wish I read reviews before buying. Waste of money. It's not leather. Only thing that is kinda similar is the color. I opened it to have a look but they say they can't take it back because of health and safety! Wth

The case I received I could have got for $3 on Temu!
These people are an absolute rip off!
I am so gutted I hadn't read the reviews before buying from these scammers.
Also when you email them you never get a response.
So disappointing.

I’ve ordered an IPhone 15pro case, I’ve received an iPhone 15pro max.
I’ve contacted the customer service several time and they never got back to me. STAY AWAY

DO NOT ORDER. This company is a complete scam.

Ordered and received the order confirmation straight away. No word for 2 days at which point I got a bit concerned and found their review on here. Sent numerous emails to cancel and got absolutely no response. Then one completely inadequate response.

I’m currently in the middle of raising a dispute through my credit card.

This company is a total scam. Stay away.

If it was possible to rate lower I would. Pure scam company, ships wrong items and them want to charge you $15 to issue a $20 refund. I didn't try going for that option as I'd loose another 15 bucks. Support is not responsive / deadbox.

Wrong item delivered. Company does reply to emails. Item sold for twice the price on Amazon. Learned my lesson.

Horrible customer service. They claim to offer returns if handled quickly. My iPad case was no longer needed by the time it finally arrived and they have ignored a multitude of attempts to reach them. It is disappointing considering what great customer service I had received several years ago. I had always considered gorilla case to be a leader and gold standard for protective cases. It is now March 3rd and this unopened case is still sitting here waiting to be returned.

I ordered a tactical cover for my phone and a gel cover for my girlfriend's phone (total $64) and received screen film (for a different model phone!).

Incorrect item sent no contact from company

zero stars. 43.00 to be sent the wrong case. same with others, contact company, tell you item is shipped- no item or return email. contacted BBB, they won't do crap either.

I'm not sure if I'm writing this about Gorilla Cases, or Trust Pilot, hopefully it's my comment on Gorilla Cases, ..I ordered a wallet phone case on 8-17-23, I haven't received it yet, today is the 25th, I called their Customer service number and the robot voice sent me to a representative and then hung up on me, this happened twice, apparently the Customer service phone number is bogus. After reading several bad reviews, I'm regretting buying the phone case for 41.00, I'm very angry at the fake company, their ripping every one off, but I do definitely believe in God, and he will take care of my situation, and it'll come home to the fake company, I'm praying that they will close for good. I'm sorry that all of the people were treated that way. 😔

I normally don't write reviews on anything, but his company is nothing but a scam! I ordered a case 2 years ago and they still haven't refunded me or sent the case. I haven't recieved my package at all and they told me the order number didn't even exist. I even sent them a screen shot via email of the exact email that was sent to me from them when I had made the purchace with the order number and everything and they completely ignored me and never got back with me.. I reached out again and they completely ignored it... I only decided to make this review when I came across the previous emails to them when I was cleaning my email. They are the worst. I spent $47.22 on a case and never seen it or my money back.... The exact date this started was 03/04/2021 and the first email was sent 04/03/2021. Because of this, anytime I talk with anyone about purchasing cases, I tell them to completely avoid this site all together. I only put the experience date down as today because it won't let me go back that far on the callender.
