Poor quality, misleading description, poor service.

I am very disappointed by the poor quality of my phone case. I purchased the "Premium Leather cardholder case". The name and description wording is vague and misleading to imply that it is real leather. Nowhere does it say that it is actually very thin PU fake leather, and of dubious quality. After only 1 week of normal usage (I carry my phone in my front pant pocket), the finish is wearing off on one corner and around the camera bump. It already looks bad. I have contacted their customer service twice (once my email, once through the website contact form) and have not heard anything back. That's very poor customer service.

First — on the “Premium Leather” wording:

You’re right that if a customer reads “Premium Leather,” the expectation is naturally closer to genuine leather unless clearly specified otherwise. This model uses a PU/synthetic leather finish, and if that wasn’t obvious enough on the product page, then we need to improve the wording and transparency.

Second — the wear after only one week:
That’s not acceptable, even for PU material. Normal pocket use should not cause visible degradation that quickly, especially around corners and the camera area. That points either to:

A poor coating batch
Or durability below where it should be

And third — the biggest issue:
You contacted support twice and received no response. That’s a customer service failure on our side, plain and simple.

Now let’s actually solve this:

Reality:

No instructions on a product that uses adhesive mounting or multiple parts is not acceptable.
And if the adhesive strips failed, then the product becomes unusable very quickly.

A lot of these cases are designed to be slim and modular, but that only works if:

installation is clear,
alignment is easy,
and the adhesive actually holds reliably.

If any of those fail, the entire product feels like a waste — we understand that.

Dishonest, China

So I have a pixel pro fold 10 which is a very droppable phone with a large screen. I ordered a mag safe, aluminum metal case that looks very good in the photo. What you will receive is an attachment that fits on the back of your phone with a metal ring. There's no way this thing is protecting your phone. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE! And of course, no one is responding to my request to return. Oh, it comes from China and will take a long time to receive.

Got a leather Case/Mag Wallet combo, looks very nice, had it for about 2 weeks now, no real complaints TBH. looks nice, feels good in the hand, if i had anything to say it migh be that i wish it could hold more than 2 cards and my drivers license inside. overall 4 stars.

A very robust case

A very robust case, better than a rubber back case like I had in my previous Sony Xperias. This also has a handy clip in the back so you can prop your phone up instead of laying down flat.
Well made, no complaints about, product, cost, shipping, or website.

よかったこととしては SNS広告の写真や動画に釣られて簡単に購入してはいけないと学べたことだな。

It's a beautiful case

It's a beautiful case, got the blue leather with the wallet attached. The slots for the wallet were fine. Held cards with no issue. Only problem is the case did not have a strong magnet on the back to hold the wallet. It kept coming apart when it was in a protective sleeve in my purse. I dropped my phone once and the wallet shot off in another direction. Phone was not damaged at all. Shipping was okay it was delivered in 2 weeks. But it was coming from overseas so that was going to be a delay right from the start. I thought Pixel cases were made in the US.

Wallet magnet strength
You’re right — if the wallet detaches too easily in a purse sleeve or separates during a drop, then the magnetic hold isn’t strong enough for real-world use. Especially on a wallet system, confidence matters more than aesthetics.

The good news is the phone itself stayed protected after the drop — that part did its job. But the wallet separation is something we’re actively improving with stronger magnetic configurations in newer versions.

Shipping / overseas assumption

Don't use this company. Their phone lines always have a busy signal (read: not real), they don't return emails, and I've been awaiting shipment for 2.5 weeks. Apparent USPS Tracking # is not valid in USPS system.

There was a long shipping delay

There was a long shipping delay, took almost 2 weeks.
Other than that, the case works great. The magnet is strong and the case fits snuggly around my phone, giving it a nice sleek look. I've dropped it a time or two, no damage to my phone and the case held up too.
I was hoping it would help with my wireless charger, but does not lock in like I'd hope, but I chock that up to unrealistic expectations.

They are nice looking cases. They just don't charge wireless very well. I also bought one of their car wireless chargers. It's not bad either. Not great by any means. Let's just say everything is meh... Just meh.

“Meh” usually means one thing:
Nothing completely failed… but nothing impressed enough either.

And that’s fair.

Looks/design → good
Wireless charging → inconsistent
Car charger → acceptable, but not standout

That tells us the experience is landing in the middle instead of feeling premium or polished — especially on the charging side.

Wireless charging is one of the hardest things to get perfectly right across Pixel models because:

Coil placement varies
Magnetic alignment matters a lot
Heat + thickness affect performance

But from your perspective, none of that matters if the end result is just “not great.”

That’s exactly the area we’re improving right now:

Stronger magnetic alignment
Better thermal performance
More reliable charging consistency across chargers and mounts

Quick context:
We’re building specifically for Pixel users because this ecosystem is underserved — but “good enough” isn’t the standard we want long term.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a scam and a rip-off. The case received was nothing like the one advertised. I received a cheap basic case made of thin plastic.

Zero response when I reached out for customer service.

Plastic crap promoted as leather

Ordering and delivery went quite well but the case I ordered was promoted to be leather - but it's simple plastic, not even near the usual Polyurethane leather fake. Definitely not worth the price.
