Genuinely one of the worst cases.

Genuinely one of the worst cases I've ever had. I'm not even convinced that it's aluminium. It's flimsy and low quality. I got it out of the packet about 20 minutes after it arrived through the post and already requested a refund.

When I got it out the pack I had to take the protective film off just to make sure it wasn't damaged because the film looked like t had sand paper dragged across it. Finger prints all over the lense protector that have clearly dried on as I've had to scrub at them with cleaning fluid to get them off.

The plastic on the back of the case is thinner than my trust for my own government, and that's thin. When I tried to take it out the case to put my phone in it felt like it was about to snap.

Complete waste of money and I'd go as far as to say that they should be done for false advertising.

At best, this is a poor attempt to get money out of people that won't want to bother returning it. If they don't give me a refund I'll go as far as to say it's a straight up scam.

I like the look and feel of the Pixel…

I like the look and feel of the Pixel 10 Pro case for the most part. It looks sharp, doesn't feel cheap, and latches in place promised. I didn't appreciate the magnetic description though. It magnetically holds the phone into the case, but it does not magnetically latch onto my "Magsafe" style car stand. Kinda defeats one of the reasons I purchased it to begin with. Because it ships from mainland China, I didn't want to return it because of the hassle. So this will sit in my desk drawer to take out every once in awhile to change up the look of my phone. And I'll try to talk myself into thinking it's not so bad, why did I stop using it, it's nice looking. And then I'll remember when I try to drive with it and I'll probably curse under my breath.

What you received is a case where the structure/mounting uses magnet elements, but it’s not a full MagSafe/Qi2-aligned case for car mounts.
If the product page led you to expect it would snap onto your car stand, then that’s on us — that distinction needs to be clearer.
Real-world outcome
If you can’t rely on it while driving, then for you the case is effectively unusable — even if everything else is fine.

Beautiful case, Very Sleek but Overpriced

I really like the sleekness of the case. I have the Pixel Pro fold and I wasn't looking for it to have a bigger profile. This case does well in that regard . That said, I echo others comments that it took a long time to arrive from China. I love the kick stand! However the stylus doesn't come out of its spot. Finally, the major reason that I give this otherwise excellent case a less than stellar rating is that it is HIGHLY overpriced. I paid $50 for this, when I'm sure a handsome profit would have been realized at half that price.

order took almost 2 weeks to arrive, case is mediocre

order took almost 2 weeks to arrive, Came from Mainland China, this shipping delay was not disclosed upon purchase, in fact initial shipping was to be 3 days.
Case fits ok, not loose, not tight, easily removed, because it has to be. the case becomes extremely warm when used with magnetic charging so it has to be removed for charging. Does hold well to the dock in the car, where others slip off. The magnetic card case holds extremely well to the phone case, but is very bulky when more than a couple cards are inserted.
still deciding if I'm going to keep it.
Got an email asking for an 'honest' review, complaining that most people only review when there is an issue. This is not the case here.

“Not loose, not tight” is where it should be — good to hear.
Heat with magnetic charging (important)
This is real. Magnetic charging + added layers (case + ring) can increase heat, especially depending on charger power and alignment.
That said, you shouldn’t feel forced to remove the case to charge — that’s where we need to improve thermal behavior and magnetic efficiency.
Magnetic hold (car dock vs card holder bulk)
You summed it up well:
Strong hold on mounts → good
Card module → strong, but bulky with multiple cards → trade-off

Solid Design

Really great experience from start to finish. Shipping was surprisingly quick, and everything arrived exactly as described, which is always a good sign. The metallic finish gives it a really premium feel and stands out without being over-the-top.

One thing I was a bit concerned about before ordering was the MagSafe rotation and whether it might interfere with charging, but I’m happy to say it works flawlessly with my MagSafe charger. No issues at all, and the magnetic connection feels secure.

Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and attention to detail. It does exactly what it promises and looks great doing it. Definitely happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Fraud

I ordered a case, it had a "delivery exception" on the day it was supposed to be delivered (April 16th) and returned back to their courier. I reached out via email on the Pixel site AND submitted a contact form about getting a refund or at least an update for my order and no response still to this day. I've reported the charge on my card as fraud because clearly I'm not getting my money back and they're not worried about giving me my product.

I had to fight with customer service…

I had to fight with customer service after 2 cases were delivered, unfortunately 3 were ordered and paid for. After 2 weeks they now notified me that the 3rd color was no longer available and to choose another. We will see if it is delivered. If not, I would say after they stole my money, they will never see another order and as many bad reviews as I can submit.

I received the product

I received the product, and it was for the most part okay. The case worked (was suppose to be for wireless charging compatible but wasn't great) and the screen protector seemed to work fine.

Reason for 2 stars off is that there was 0 communication when I reached out about any questions. I asked if the pixel 10 and pro had different cases. No response.

I tried returning as I bought a second one in case there was a difference. I got the return shipping address but no label. Return policy says a label would be provided but it was just the address. Maybe there is a communication error, but able to me is something I can print and tape onto the box. I asked for clarification. No response after that.

I reached out with concerns with the wireless charging capabilities of the case being poor. No response.

Very poor communication. If you buy something expect not to hear back on anything.

Update
I received full refund and apply from the campay.
So I changed star 1 to 3
I don't recommend "Crossbody Leather Case with Card Holder For Pixel Series × 1
Orange / Pixel 7 Pro" but the other Case might be good.
It might be worth to try different cases!

The case quality is really poor so my credit card fell off from the holder which attached with the case.The stitch started coming off less than 2 weeks.

Terrible Quality

Very cheap case. Pictures look great online, but quality is terrible. Should be an $8.00 case, not a $35 case.

Return policy is 7 days and you have to ship it directly to china and hope you get your refund. Total scam.

On va être clair — si la coque paraît trop chère pour ce qu’elle offre, alors la valeur perçue n’est pas au niveau. C’est un problème réel.

Quelques points rapides :

Prix vs qualité : nos coques sont pensées pour le design et la légèreté, mais si le rendu ne justifie pas le prix pour vous, on doit faire mieux.
Présentation : si l’expérience (produit + packaging) semble négligée, ça casse immédiatement la perception de qualité.
Protection écran : nos coques ne sont pas toutes des modèles “protection complète” (avant + arrière). On comprend que ce n’était pas clair au moment de l’achat — c’est à nous de mieux communiquer.

On ne va pas vous laisser avec une mauvaise expérience.

I bought pixel 10 case and Im not satisfied with the quality at all. The material feels cheap and unpleasant , the camera protector is wobbly and bot easy to use. The return policy requires you ship the item back to China.

It is not real leather

It is not real leather. The magsafe ring on the outside is glued so poorly that removing the magsafe from the case removes the ring. It's a piece of junk.

Hi David,

We’ll be direct — if the ring came off with normal use, that’s a defect. No debate.

On the leather: this model uses a coated/synthetic leather layer to keep the case slim and consistent across colors. If that wasn’t clear from the product page, that’s on us to communicate better.

On the MagSafe ring detaching:
That should never happen. The bonding should hold under repeated use. If it peeled off, that points to either:

A faulty adhesive batch
Or a unit that shouldn’t have passed QC

Either way, not acceptable.

Case and privacy screen protector for the 10a

Case was great just what I expected but the screen protector with no instructions or a way to have it perfectly aligned with my screen was not what I expected. It'll do for now.

Good to hear the case delivered — that’s the baseline.

On the screen protector: you’re right.
“No instructions + no alignment system” is friction we shouldn’t be creating. Even if the product works, the install experience matters — and yours wasn’t smooth.

We’re fixing this on two fronts:

Adding clear install guides (short + visual)
Moving toward alignment-assisted installs so you don’t have to guess positioning

Quick fix for you right now (so it’s not “it’ll do”):

Clean screen fully (no dust)
Align from the top edge first (camera side)
Lower slowly using that edge as reference
If needed, lift gently and re-seat — the adhesive allows minor repositioning
