Inner protection: you’re right. This model is built with a slimmer structure rather than a soft padded interior like TPU-heavy cases. It’s designed to stay lightweight and clean, but that also means it won’t absorb impact the same way a fully cushioned case would. If you were expecting full shock absorption or “360° protection,” then the product didn’t match your expectation — and that’s on us to communicate better.
Grip / slipperiness: also fair. The smooth finish looks premium, but for some users it reduces grip. We’re already working on versions with added texture or micro-grooves to improve handling without adding bulk.
“360° protection” impression: if the video gave that expectation, then we need to fix that messaging. This model is not a fully sealed or rugged case.

Sells Fraudulent Cases

This company is selling phone cases that do not have the features and capabilities on their products pages. They will claim their cases are "Magsafe" or "Wireless Charging compatible" but are not. When you receive the product and start to use it and notice it does not do what it is claimed to do, they ask you to send the product back to get a refund- the return cost of doing this outweighs the product price itself so it defeats the purpose. They know this, and deliberately obfuscate their return policy to hide their shady business practices. Stay away and do not support this company.

I absolutely love this case

I absolutely love this case. It was my 3rd try for a Pixel 10 pro fold. The first two were not from this company. While they were good cases they were very heavy. This case protects my phone, isn't that heavy, come with a stylus. It isn't magnetic though, so I had to use a regular pop socket. I would buy it again if I needed to.

Not what I ordered.

When I ordered the case I thought I was getting the magnetic case, a 2 piece case that has a screen protector in the front piece and the back is held on magnetically after the phone is put inside the front piece.......this case is ok, but I'm looking for ruggedness cause I'm a truck driver and I am in the elements and the dust gets in the case and I have to take it apart 2 times a week to clean it out.......I am still looking for that magnetic case as it seals the phone from the elements as per what I have seen on the site......

Perfect fit, and a great "case"

I baught the case that's just an aluminum frame that enclosed the edge of the phone and clasps closed on the corner. So far, it's been 2 weeks and has been problem free and looks fantastic. The light blue color is a bit more grey than I thought it would be, but hasn't shown any scratches.

I read comments on the Facebook ad that the latch comes open easily and often, but mine is rock solid. Perhaps it would loosen if I took the case on and off repeatedly, but I haven't, and it doesn't budge.

My only gripe is that I ordered it the day I ordered my Pixel 10 Pro and paid for expedited shipping with the hope that it would arrive within a couple of days of when my phone did. I should have assumed that it would ship from China, but I didn't, and that was my mistake. I delayed setting up my new phone for 3 or 4 days because I didn't want to use it without a case, but at day 3 of waiting, I saw that the case was still sitting in the departing terminal in China. I didn't want to wait anymore, so I bought a cheap case from Amazon that arrived the next day. I used that while I waited for this case, which took about another week.

While I love the case, I regret paying for the expidited shipping and still having to pay for another case as a placeholder.

Awful company, AVOID!

Awful company, avoid! I bought a case which said it was compatible for wireless charging & it wasn't... When I contacted them asking for a refund they told me to send the case to China! I live in the UK. I sent the case & it got returned after 3 months by customs! I contacted them & told them, they then finally issued a refund but to an expired debit card so I haven't got the money back yet + paid for postage to China for a phone case which was falsely advertised... They are now not reply to my emails... Disgusting scam of a company

*UPDATE*

After they replied here on trustpilot I sent email as requested... No reply after 1 week & still no reply to my original email sent weeks ago, what a load of rubbish & terrible customer service. Still out of pocket.

Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a black and brown leather strap for the Pixel Watch 4. Received two brown straps for the Pixel Watch 3. The merchant refused to correct the order suggesting it was ordered that way. They only allow 7 days to request a refund or replacement at your expense mind you, and take several days to respond back, if they do respond at all. Avoid this company like the plague.

Update #2: Buyer beware the case is a POS. The magnet actually fell off within 1 month of purchase. Paid 36.00 for a case i no longer can use!
This company did not stand up. Their shipping sucks, took 12 days to receive and the driver threw the package in my driveway. I do not recommend this company .

Do not buy from here

The case I got covers my camera and doesn't let you use the corners of the screen. I reached out about it and they offered to send me another one and asked what phone I have. I told them, but I made it clear I didn't want it if it would take the same 2-3 weeks shipping time to arrive and if it was the same case. They didn't respond to that message or the two I've sent since and I just got a notification (4 days after our last interaction) letting me know the same case I already complained about is shipping out to me. They are wasting time, shipping, money, and people's patience.

Not usable. Lost significant signal when it was applied. Likely them metal. Don't buy.

Which exact model you ordered:
Magnetic Aluminum Magsafe Case - Pixel 9 / Black
What type of signal was affected (WiFi, cellular, GPS) - Cellular Signal affected.
When the issue appeared (immediate or over time) - Immediate issues. As soon as the case was place on the phone, I went to 4G LTE signal instead of 5G. Took the case off, sitting the in same spot and signal improved.

We’ll be direct — a 1-star review with no details makes it very hard for us to fix anything or improve the product.

We’ve sold thousands of these cases and haven’t had consistent reports of signal issues, so if this happened on your unit, we need to understand exactly what you experienced.

Metal elements can interfere with signal if they’re poorly designed or positioned which is exactly why we test for that. So if you noticed a real drop in signal, that’s something we take seriously.

Which exact model you ordered
What type of signal was affected (WiFi, cellular, GPS)
When the issue appeared (immediate or over time)

So happy with this purchase!

I received my Pixel 10 Pro Fold case and have had wonderful results. It did take a while to receive but anything from China is going to take a while. It fits my phone perfectly with no gaps or loose areas. The connector on my previous case broke off within a week. The edge of this case is solid. No connector to break. Solid but opens easily. The metal bar on the back is great for keeping the phone upright when it is fully open. I have have zero issues with the magnetic ring on the back. It easily connects to my wireless chargers both at home and in my car. Very glad I bought it!

This one is on us a case shouldn’t break after a week. That’s not acceptable, regardless of design.

Glad you liked the minimalist look, but if the material doesn’t hold up in real use, then the product fails its job. We’re already reviewing certain batches to make sure durability is where it should be, especially for daily wear on Pixel devices.

On the cover protector understood. If it feels cheap or difficult to install, that kills the whole experience. We’ve been working on improving both the material quality and the installation process so it’s actually smooth, not frustrating.

Not great

Not great, not bad neither. Just an average phone case but at the premium price, because they have the free shipping included into the price. The biggest issue is the returns, because you have to ship the item back to China and the cost of that exceeds the price of the case.
Overall a disappointing experience, I expected a much better product for the money they are asking.

If the product felt “average” for the price, then we missed the mark for you. That’s not the standard we aim for.

On pricing, you’re partially right. Shipping is included, but more importantly, our focus is on building Pixel-specific designs (especially for newer or niche models) where options are still limited. That said, none of that matters if the product itself doesn’t feel worth it in hand.

On returns — fair point, and probably the most frustrating part of your experience.
We currently operate with multiple warehouses, and some items ship from our international stock. That’s what can lead to return routing like this, but we agree if the return cost feels higher than the product, it kills trust. We’re actively working on improving this with more localized return options.
