Not great

Not great, not bad neither. Just an average phone case but at the premium price, because they have the free shipping included into the price. The biggest issue is the returns, because you have to ship the item back to China and the cost of that exceeds the price of the case.
Overall a disappointing experience, I expected a much better product for the money they are asking.

If the product felt “average” for the price, then we missed the mark for you. That’s not the standard we aim for.

On pricing, you’re partially right. Shipping is included, but more importantly, our focus is on building Pixel-specific designs (especially for newer or niche models) where options are still limited. That said, none of that matters if the product itself doesn’t feel worth it in hand.

On returns — fair point, and probably the most frustrating part of your experience.
We currently operate with multiple warehouses, and some items ship from our international stock. That’s what can lead to return routing like this, but we agree if the return cost feels higher than the product, it kills trust. We’re actively working on improving this with more localized return options.

Light weight and scratch proof

Light weight, scratch proof case for Pixel 10 Fold fits perfectly and easily onto the phone. The stand at the back is helpful while your hands are busy with other tasks. I do enjoy the stylus pen that it comes with and fits neatly into a slot at the back. I chose the metallic blue which gives a clean and fresh look.
Delivery was within the promised period of time and was packed well with a cushion of sponge protecting the case from travel damage.

An honest review

Honestly, the case is good, my only recommendation would be a stronger magnet for the card holder..I don't 100% trust it not to fall off for some reason. Also if there was some way to add another slot in the card holder..two cards is really nothing. Mostly satisfied..took a little long, like two weeks I believe, but overall I'm satisfied.

I ordered a case from this company I…

I ordered a case from this company I think it was a protective case that I would like to have. after I ordered it I realized it wouldn't work with my wireless charging. I tried to cancel the order but it was too late it was already in process. I emailed them twice to let them know of my concern and didn't hear back either time. after I received it I finally got through to someone who seemed very nice but told me because they didn't make the mistake I would have to ship it back to China at my expense. fortunately for me the post office agreed since I hadn't opened it to refuse it at no cost to me. I am hoping that I get my refund once it's been received but I'm not holding my breath.

Cases for Google pixel 10 pro and 10 pro XL

The case for the Google pixel 10 pro XL does not fit the phone. Pictures submitted to customer service and they have stopped responding. The ring in the back of the Google pixel 10 pro came out when case was removed for screen protector. I feel these were a waste of money. My son had to go buy a case in store. Only thing I like about it is the color.

The site markets the cases as "premium"…

The site markets the cases as "premium" but the case I got was just cheap plastic with some metallic colored paint but light still shines through, and with some fake leather accents. Used the case for 3 days before replacing it with a Spigen case from Amazon.

Funnily enough, while browsing different cases on Amazon, I found a bradless/no name Chinese case, which was the exact same as the case I got from the Pixel Store - The only difference being the Pixel Store case cost $50, and took nearly 10 days to get delivered, and the same exact case on Amazon cost $12, and had free next day delivery.

This site is a drop shipping scam.

I'm going to be honest

I'm going to be honest. I wasn't going to leave a review at all but I received several emails insisting to leave one even if it's negative. So here it is...
First off it took nearly 3 and half weeks to arrive coming from China according to my tracking. Then I replaced my old case only to find out this case doesn't wirelessly charge. I've used at least 4 different wireless charges form different brands and none of them will charge my phone while this case is on. If I take it off they all charge the phone. So yeah, it can't be used error, right?

I must change this case

I must change this case. It took so long to arrive by mail and it's not at all what I expected. This is my third purchase with The Pixel store and I hope they will find a solution better than returning the case at my own cost.

Took a long time to arrive and parts defective

Took a long time to arrive. The adhesive for the camera edge cover had fallen off so there was no way to attach it leaving the camera exposed. The cover that goes around the phone was fine. Overall would not purchase again.

Ordered a pixel case from them, shortly after that i found out it was just a resell from Temu. So within an hour or so i sent out an email to what they themselves claim to handle the refunds. I never got a reply. I sent out three more emails the upcoming days since i wanted my money back and the item to not be shipped to my place.

Never got any replies at all. I do not understand how you can be that savage to customers at all. Worst online store there is on this planet!

Product was misrepresented!

Product was misrepresented in description. It claimed to be magnetic and magsafe compatible 6+ times in the description and in the photos but when it arrived it wasn't magnetic at all. I've followed the steps on the "Return Policy" page and they've not yet responded. I called a number I found for their parent company and they say they've created a ticket but again no response.

Not the most aesthetic choice

I bought a clear case cover for my Pixel 9 from the Google store, but decided to buy a grey one for my Pixel 10 from this store which does not seem to be affiliated with Google. The cover for the 10 looks sturdy, and it has a fold out stand which my Pixel 9 cover did not have, but it looks "field ready" which was not quite the impression that I wanted for my phone.

No customer support response by email, website message, or phone. I received a band that is too large and asked for simple adjustment instructions. Instead of assistance, I was told to return it to China at my own cost.
Extremely poor service and very concerning experience. Buyer beware

**After posting this review, I did hear back from the company stating they would help. I responded promptly, and it has now been five days with absolutely no reply and no assistance.
It has been three weeks since I received the watch band, and I still cannot use it because I have not been provided with instructions on how to adjust it. I have spent an excessive amount of time going back and forth trying to resolve something that should be simple.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed. The complete absence of follow-through and communication is unprofessional.

No Customer Support

They have some innovative products (that appears you can get elsewhere). But the metal ring on the back of many is a poor design with a wireless charger - that ring gets HOT fast. I'm surprised no one has gotten a severe burn resulting in a class action lawsuit. Whats more I dropped my case and a small clip that holds the camera cover in place snapped. I emailed them per the "guarantee" and no response. Oh, and all of those "5 start reviews" - I can't find where anyone has given them a 5 star review...they have no credible source linked.

Företag kan be sina kunder om omdömen via automatiska inbjudningar. Dessa omdömen markeras som verifierade för att visa att det handlar om verifierade upplevelser.
