Misleading support contact information

Misleading support contact information, poor quality products, and they delivered the wrong item. I was a sucker for their Instagram advertising and ordered (2) cases. Delivery took 2 weeks, and one of the cases was incorrect. When I clicked to call their customer support number, the link sent me to a UK number even though the number on the site shows as a New York area code. Very misleading. First, regarding the metal ring and wireless charging — we take safety concerns very seriously. While MagSafe-compatible rings can naturally warm up during wireless charging (as with most magnetic charging systems), they should never become dangerously hot. If you experienced excessive heat, that is not something we want you to deal with.

We’re also sorry to hear about the clip snapping after a drop. Although our cases are designed for protection, accidents can sometimes cause isolated defects. If you emailed and did not receive a response, that’s not the experience we aim to provide. We have been expanding our support team recently, and occasionally messages can be delayed or filtered. If you resend your email with “Trustpilot – Keith” in the subject line, we’ll prioritize it immediately.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience! Would avoid and do not recommend at all!
I was sent something completely different to what was advertised online. After multiple emails with no response. I contacted via instagram and finally got met with a response that I must’ve made a mistake and selected the wrong wallet attachment, even though there was no option to select a particular wallet.
The only solution was for me to pay for postage back to China.
I ended up having to dispute the transaction through my bank which they very quickly accepted and gave me back my money.

False advertising

Highly deceptive, false advertising. I ordered a magnetic phone case and it is simply not magnetic, just metal. Shipping times are also very very long as it comes straight from China. Build quality is fine, but not worth the high pricetag.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BECAUSE IT IS FALSE!

To clarify, our magnetic cases are designed to be MagSafe-compatible, meaning they contain a built-in magnetic ring that works with MagSafe chargers and accessories. The case itself is not meant to behave like a standalone magnet that sticks to random metal surfaces. If your experience didn’t match what was described, we genuinely want to look into that.

Regarding shipping, some of our models ship from our international warehouse (especially newer releases or specific variations), which can result in longer delivery times. We’re actively working on improving inventory distribution to reduce delays.

Mediocre quality and impossible to return, customer care simply does not respond to emails. And it takes over 2 weeks to get here from China.

Don't do it!!!

Misleading website... not affiliated with Pixel at all, and products are junk. Lead time to receive product is several weeks, and there is only a 7 day return window. If you wish to return the product, you have to pay shipping to China... which is more than what you paid for the product. Buyer Beware!!!

Never responded to emails, scam

Never responded to emails. Product did not work the way it was advertised, and I tried to return. They never sent a shipping label after I reached out to them via email and from their website.

Just FYI, I have emailed them multiple times since they responded to this post, and still no response.

They eventually refunded me.

Low quality items I could have purchased on Amazon for a third of the price. No confirmation or tracking info was ever sent. Items sent directly from China so there's no use in trying to return it. I wish I had researched before purchasing from this site

Pixel 10 Pro case

I bought a cover for my Pixel 10 Pro and I didn't like the quality of the product.
I asked for a refund and while it's clearly stated on the website that they should take care of the expenses I've been asked to pay for the shipping costs to send the product back to China.
I've never heard from them again.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I purchased a phonecase for my Pixel phone, which was described as being Magsafe compatible, but it was not magnetic, just plain plastic. I contacted them by email and by calling their phone number to request a return, but there has been no answer. Numerous follow-up emails and phone calls have also gone unanswered. Be aware that despite the return policy touted on their website, there are no returns possible, and no communication once you've placed your order.

Non-US Company No Customer Service

Ordered the wrong case and immediately emailed them to see if they could change it. No reply. Emailed several more times, with no reply. A few days later they shipped it anyway. Emailed them asking for an exchange. No reply. Emailed asking for a refund within the 7 day period. No reply. They say they're based in Baltimore but they operate out of China.

I ordered a case on Oct 3rd..

I ordered a case on Oct 3rd... and got a shipping notification today, Oct 18th. FROM CHINA. I am in the U.S. - also, there is no more de minis ($800 limit with no duties) so presumably there will be tariffs due on this. No where was this mentioned during the purchase process. Their website shows this at the bottom of each page: Shop Address: 8 Market Pl Suite 300, Baltimore, MD 21202, USA - so I can already see this is going to have to be a chargeback with my credit card.

Not magnetic in the least

Not magnetic in the least. Shipping was relatively fast and painless but the case is useless as it blocks the phone's own magnetic ring from working. Basically an overpriced scam.

Almost a scam.

I'd say it was a complete scam however I did receive a phone case. The scam element came after I realised the case did nothing it was advertised to do. The magnet is to weak to stick to any snap magnets, It is also not compatible with wireless charging.

No company replies. Do not buy from them.

Product received on Sept. 25, 2025. On that day, after following instructions to email a request for Return Authorization, I sent 3 emails and received no replies. Their NYC registered phone number is a constant busy signal. May have to request my bank to rescind payment. I'd give them zero stars if I could have.

Absolutely the worst phone case

Absolutely the worst case I've bought. It wasn't cheap. £38 for a cheaply made case that didn't even last 2 weeks. I tried to contact them to send it back but they never got back to me. The screen protector part broke and the part that was supposed to protect the hinge was all bent, how they are getting away with charging a fortune for these cases are beyond me. Won't be buying from here again, I wouldn't advise anyone else to buy from them. Not worth the money
