Non-existing customer service

This is the worst store since the invention of online stores. After waiting for more than 3x as long as announced, the order arrived with wrong items. I contacted their "support" 5 times but never once got a reply. Unacceptable. Further, the shipment came directly from China. And this also is how their product look like: cheap Chinese counterfeit stuff.

Ordered a case and glass protector for my pixel 10 xl pro and haven't received any info regarding my order. Tried contacting them with no response so I ended up disputing the transaction from my bank. Pretty sure this company is a scam. I ended up order one somewhere else 3 days ago and I received it. Don't waste your time or money.

Never received order. The tracker said it was delivered to an address in Chicago - I live in Kansas. Shipped from China, even tho website says they are in Maryland. Phone number on website is always a busy signal. DO NOT BUY

Shipment went well, Magnetic Aluminum Magsafe Caseis not good

I bought a Magnetic Aluminum Magsafe Case for pxiel 8 pro. Fitting is good, outlook is okay.
2 points are not satisfying :
a) the aluminum case does influence the cell signal level of the phone negativ. on my test it dampens the signal from -104dBm to -120dBm, which resulted in a bad call quality.
b) the extra camrea glas will get dusty very fast, you need to open the case every week to clean it.

Only order if down for 2+ week wait!

Ordered 2 cases on Sept 4th and my shipment didn't even leave China til the 11th. Still waiting on cases and gear for 2 new Pixel 10 pro devices which are still in boxes on the 15th. Has this vendor ever thought of sending some bulk inventory over and using a US based drop shipper to improve shipping lag? The pixel case store was 1 of very few options available for cases when we received our pre-ordered devices, but I've been waiting long enough for the market to now be flooded with options, thanks pixel case store for 2 weeks of frustration waiting to use new devices we paid a small fortune for. This is my first and with no doubt at all, my last experience with the Pixel Case Store #cancer!

**Update** I did receive my order on September 19th and the cases and screen protectors were in excellent shape. The build quality and fit are premium and complement my premium Pixel devices very well! I want to thank Pixel Case support for responding promptly and for indicating work is underway to establish U.S. based fulfillment, I actually received my order on the same day as their response! Improving shipping time will make me consider future purchases, as Pixel Case's prices are significantly lower than Zaag, OtterBox and most other major brands. My experience is that the quality of Pixel Case accessories are the same or better than the majors, Thank You Pixel Case!

Vorsicht Betrug

Die versprochene Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten. Die Ware ist billig und wird aus China geliefert obwohl der Shop vortäuscht in den USA zu sitzen. Auch die Namensgebung ist irreführend. Auf keine einzige meiner Nachrichten wurde geantwortet. Lediglich Werbemails kamen vermehrt an. Mein Geld habe ich nicht zurück erhalten und nun billigen Schrott für 200 Eur rumliegen. Ich rate dringend vom Kauf ab.

I just purchased the pixel 10 prol XL…

I just purchased the pixel 10 prol XL with the magnetic case ring stand. It fell apart after in less than 10 minutes. I tried to see how it would do with my magnetic car accessory and it dropped. The adhesive used is vey poor and it came apart in less than 10 minutes. This is a poor product. Will return.

Got a reply from CS and tried using the address in China to return. Went to both UPS and FedEX and they say the location does not exists. Very disappointed. If the CS is reading the order # 51611

Premium Shipping? More Like No Shipping

I placed an order with The Pixel Case on 9 August 2025 and paid extra for Premium Shipping — which they advertise as fast, guaranteed, and with tracking. Three days later, my package was still sitting in China with no sign of movement and not scheduled to fly out until a week after I placed the order.

I contacted their customer service immediately to ask for an explanation. They never replied. I followed up again, but still received no response. Paying for “premium” service and then being ignored is unacceptable.

Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the misleading representation of their shipping service makes this a poor customer experience. I will not be ordering from them again and recommend others think twice before paying for their so-called premium shipping.

Colis statué livré mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu...

Mon colis devait être livré ce jour, ce qui "apparemment" a été fait dans ma boîte aux lettres mais je n'en ai jamais vu la couleur.. la note ne s'adresse pas forcément a pixel case mais plutôt aux transporteurs choisi pour les livraisons.

SCAM

SCAM. This entire site is phone cases you can find for a very small fraction of the price on other sites. Just copy the images and do a google images search. I found one of their $30 cases available on amazon for $6.50. It took weeks for the case to arrive. When it finally showed up it's clearly a very cheap unmarked product.

I recently purchased a 3 way charging station from PixelCase.com, I did receive the charger and it came straight from China, but I am not happy with the charging stand. It is cheap and the website says that it is MagSafe compatible, it is not. It also says that it is compatible with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and it is not, it has a rubber booster to put under it to raise the phone up so it will kind of charge. I contacted the "customer service team" via email within 2 days of receiving this product (you must contact them within 7 days to claim a return...very sketchy). I received an email with broken English saying to return it to their warehouse in China and they provided the address, then it says that they will refund me once the shipping info is received via email. On the website it says that they will send a shipping label to me to use to return it, but the email says nothing about that and sounds like they want me to foot the bill on shipping this back to China, no thank you...I emailed them back asking them about the prepaid return label that they said that they would send me to return the item and I haven't received another email. Here's a review for you all who are considering buying from this site, the products are over priced Chinese garbage that they say are the best quality (they're not) and they make claims about their products that aren't true so you'll buy them and then they make it difficult to return so you will give up and not return the item and just eat the money and are stuck with a cheap piece of plastic that kind of works. Do not buy from this website, definitely a scam, any company that makes it this hard to return their products to get a refund is a scam, they lie about their products and make claims of their quality, but they are cheap and not worth the money. Still waiting for an email back to confirm that I'm getting my shipping label so I can return this cheap plastic charger to China. I don't believe the majority of good reviews on here they sound fake just like the fake responses from Madison Reed.

However, we understand the charging pad may not align perfectly due to the device’s unique size and shape — this is why we include a booster pad. If it didn’t work well for you, that’s absolutely valid and we’re sorry it didn’t meet expectations.

📦 MagSafe Clarification

We’ve reviewed the product listing and will make sure there is no misleading claim about full Apple-certified MagSafe compatibility. If that language was misleading in any way, we will correct it — thank you for catching that.

📬 Return & Refund Process

Regarding the return:

Yes, we do provide a prepaid label when the issue is confirmed to be our fault (wrong item, product defect, misrepresented listing).

If our team failed to include that in your case, that’s not acceptable — and we take full responsibility for the confusion.

Our customer service team is based overseas, and while some emails may contain language imperfections, the intention is always to help resolve issues, not to ignore or frustrate.

You are fully entitled to a refund if the product is not as described — we do not keep customers’ money for faulty items.

SCAM!!
I ordered a phone case for $35. Tracking no. was fake & kept changing status. A month past promised delivery date I disputed the charge on my credit card. I emailed the co. (thepixelcase.com) and told them this. Soon after a cheap replica arrived in a plain brown box. I reported this back to CC co. & so far haven't been recharged. I strongly suspect most of the reviews here are fake or confused with a similar sounding name. Reddit is full of experiences like mine. This store also goes by The Pixel Store. Website looks legit but probably copied from elsewhere. BEWARE

We work with international fulfillment partners and use standard tracking systems provided by global carriers. If your tracking number changed status frequently, it’s likely due to delays in transit or customs — not an intentional “fake” number. We do not generate or manipulate tracking data.

That said, if you received a late or incorrect product, that’s unacceptable — and we will issue a refund if the item was not as described.

You mentioned that what arrived was a “cheap replica.” We only ship the exact models shown on our product pages. If what you received was different or damaged, please send us a photo and your order number to:
