GorillaCaseStore is literally a scam.

I ordered a wallet case that also had a wireless charging ring for $45. A couple days after that, I found the same case I wanted on multiple websites for $14. Lesson learned on not doing thorough searches, right? I figured "oh well, a few bucks lost." But it gets worse.

They sent me a wallet case in the same color, entirely different brand, with NO wireless charging ring aka not at all what I bought.

I contacted the company and explained I did not receive the item I ordered, and I would like to return the item for a refund.

Someone responded with verbatim: "Are you serious?"

I re-explained the issue, and that I was in fact serious. They argued with me that it was the same case I ordered, the wallet flap just opened a different way. They just ignored the wireless charging bit over the course of many emails back and forth.

They ultimately refused a refund even though they have a little graphic on every single page that says "Satisfied or Refunded, We do our best to work with customers" (they refused to acknowledge this promise on their website exists)

I filed a chargeback with my credit card company including screenshots of their promise listed above and won, so I did get my money back, but not from the store.

Avoid at all costs.

Company said they would issue a credit within 14 days. They did not. They are not communicating now

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They take way too long to send items. They do not follow up, I've been waiting for a reply for two weeks now. They don't answer chats or emails. They waited two weeks to ship my item and when I got it a week and a half later it wasn't even the correct case I ordered let alone a case that was made for my phone, it was for a complete different brand. Please please don't waste your money with them, do not order from them.

I ordered a phone case from this company, believing that it was well- designed and well-suited for my needs. I should've trusted my instincts, however, as their customer service left a great deal to be desired (emails and "chats" were completely ignored, and their phone number leads to an automated message that doesn't show for messages or speaking to anyone). The case arrived, I put it on my phone, and realized immediately that it was poorly designed and not well-suited for my needs. It was on my phone for all of 5 minutes (and a good part of that time was just me removing and reinstalling the case screws). I repackaged the case and emailed a request for a refund. They didn't respond. I emailed again. They responded with nothing but a link to their website refund policy page, which states that they don't issue refunds due to "hygiene" concerns with "used" products. I responded with a screenshot of their website's shopping page that clearly states "Satisfied or Refunded... we do our best to work with customers." They again responded with a nothing but a link to their website refund policy page. The only time I actually got an original, human response from the company was when I threatened to pursue a charge-back from my bank. They advised that they would fight it and win.

After waiting about 6 weeks I finally got sent a very different case to what I ordered. Wish I had done due diligence beforehand. Don’t use this company, it’s a drop shipping scam.

Stay clear of this "company". They take your money and that's it. Didn't bother sending me the case that I'd ordered and everytime I checked on the progress of my order it said "your order is confirmed". I had sent multiple emails and live chats and no response. It's a scam. Save your money.

I wish I had known about this site before I ordered a case. They took over a month to ship my case and when I finally received it, it was not the size I ordered. I have emailed them multiple times trying to correct the issue and have heard nothing. I also tried calling their customer service phone lines and no one picks up. The business line isn't even connected. I normally would never take a risk on a non-Amazon website like this, but my phone size is very specific and is not available on Amazon. If they were gonna send me a case, why not make it the right one? If you were gonna scam me, why not just take my money and run? So dumb.

SCAM SITE. Pretends to be an official Gorilla product site but it’s just some random Chinese guy selling cases from Temu or Aliexpress which cost $5 for $60 plus. Item received was not what was ordered and clear as daylight it was some cheap Chinese product. Customer service? What’s that you say? Can’t see anyway of getting my money back unfortunately.

I had the worst customer service experience. They shipped me the wrong case and refused to acknowledge the problem and would not send me an exchange or refund, despite the fact that I sent them several emails and clear photo evidence. Do not buy from them!! Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE - If I could, I would have rated this scam company a "0" as it would be more accurate. I purchased a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL Slide Camera Case, and it took 10 days to be delivered. Inisde the poorly-handled unsecure package was a flimsy plastic phone case that was not the color I ordered and looked nothing like the product advertised at GorillaCases.com. Since then, I have discovered that they do not respond to emails sent to gorillacaseshelp at gmail.com and they have no phone number. The address on the shipping package (15730 Salt Lake Ave, City of Industry, CA 91745) seems to be a Chinese shipping company, so this was likely drop-shipped.

order was for a google pixel 8 pro they sent a case for goggle pixel 8 . sent 2 emails 0 reply please dont buy anything from this scam merchants .

DO NOT do business with this company they have a no refund policy and the only way to find out is to try and do a return or search through the website for it prior to making a purchase!!! I ordered a case and after receiving it it was thicker than I wanted and the cardholder is hard to use. I never installed it on my phone and gorilla case refuses to issue a refund. For a $40 case I would expect some sort of decent customer service but their is trash. If this policy was CLEARLY started prior to making the purchase I would have never bought the case since you never know how a phone case will be until you physically see and handle it.

They will not contact you after you place an order. They sent me the wrong case for my phone nor will they contact you about a refund.
Terrible customer service.

Similar to other reviews. Ordered two cases only received one. Emailed and emailed and emailed. Got one response "Let me look into that"

E-mails are ignored; wrong goods are delivered; once and never again!

I have been waiting over 2 weeks and my case went to Indiana from GA. I live in Fl??? Now it's back in GA sitting for 4 days processing at a facility. I sent 3 emails. The 3rd email said use chat for faster service. How about answer my emails back???

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered a backpack at the start of October, we are now in December and still no backpack. I've emailed so many times with an automated email reply saying use our chat service, I use there chat service and I hear nothing back. Completely scammed me. Company should be shut down!

I own that I accidentally ordered an iphone case for an Xs instead of an Xr (let's not get into the dozens of iphones and why Apple makes each of them a different size - usually by a difference of millimeters). Oh well, I thought, my bad. I'll send it back so they can exchange it for the correct size. When I looked up the return/exchange policy on the website, I found that they do not accept return of iphone cases for SANITARY REASONS??? I had that case out of the box for maybe 8 minutes. Expense lesson learned. Maybe I can find someone who needs a free Xs case. I hope they don't get typhoid from my filthy unused phone case. Also 888 number listed on website doesn't work.
