case for Samsung galaxy tab s9+ is good however screen protector has alot to be desired NO it isnt water proof light mist is fine in small amounts is nice with hand grabby bit on back only real gripe is the lack of ability to have lanyard on the camera side

Cell phone cases that my husband and I ordered shipped from Mainland China. Do not expect expedient delivery. Both cases were not of as good quality as cases we bought somewhere else for our previous phones. My phone fits in the case but I can't mute or turn the sound on without pressing the phone against a hard surface and using my fingernail (finger pressure doesn't work) to turn sound on or off. These are pricey phone cases with questionable quality. Will not buy from Astra again.

Vendor used sketchy delivery service. Product never received and they never refunded the money. Their delivery policy is a scam.

It took almost two weeks for my phone case to arrive from 2 states away and when I finally got it the case doesn’t even work with my wireless charger and that’s the only reason I bought it. Don’t waste your time with this one and shop somewhere else

Ordered the wrong case initially by accident. They promptly helped me resolve the issue. Plus I've been using their cases for 3 years as a former forestry technician and a current auto mechanic my phone sees a lot of rough environments and lots of contaminants. The case gets dirty but once I remove it my phone still looks brand new. Would recommend, especially if your phone receives a lot of abuse.

This is my second time purchasing iPad cases from Astra Cases. During my first purchase, I liaised with their customer service representative, Cherry, and everything went very smoothly. She provided a proper Sales Quote template and the communication was clear and professional.

However, for my recent purchase, I was assigned to another customer service representative named Geri. Unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating. It has been difficult to obtain the requested documents, and despite explaining my requirements clearly and using simple language via email, there seems to be a lack of understanding and follow-through.

I would like to ask if Geri is new, as the difference in service quality compared to my previous experience is quite significant. Liaising with her has been quite challenging and unproductive.

To be fair, Astra Cases produces very good quality products, which is why we returned for a second purchase. However, the customer service communication needs improvement. I hope Astra Cases can improve their customer service experience in the future, otherwise my department may have to reconsider purchasing from them again.
