I normally don't write reviews on anything, but his company is nothing but a scam! I ordered a case 2 years ago and they still haven't refunded me or sent the case. I haven't recieved my package at all and they told me the order number didn't even exist. I even sent them a screen shot via email of the exact email that was sent to me from them when I had made the purchace with the order number and everything and they completely ignored me and never got back with me.. I reached out again and they completely ignored it... I only decided to make this review when I came across the previous emails to them when I was cleaning my email. They are the worst. I spent $47.22 on a case and never seen it or my money back.... The exact date this started was 03/04/2021 and the first email was sent 04/03/2021. Because of this, anytime I talk with anyone about purchasing cases, I tell them to completely avoid this site all together. I only put the experience date down as today because it won't let me go back that far on the callender.

I’m sooooo tired of ordering items that claim to be American made, and it’s crap from China!!!! Takes forever to receive it, and it’s cheap China crap!

i ordered a case 4 months ago never got it they said they sent one to a address in another state and to a lady i dont even know and still never got my money back if there was a option to say 0 stars it deffently would be zero i will never order there again and if anyone i know asks if they should order from them id tell them nope thst they would screw you out of money

Wrong phone case ordered and the service of this company won't do returns which causes A LOT of unnecessary waste.
The chinciest packaging possible was used, but still not eco friendly so shipping was likely $1
This company wants you to keep your dirty peice of 10 cent plastic you paid $30. IF YOU TOUCH IT, ITS NOW A TOILET AND THEY USE that as an excuse to not offer product correction, returns etc. We can't buy from this company again! Alert everyone you know to purchase elsewhere to save from plastic waste and save your pockets in a misorder.
The soft silicone cell case is pretty but not worth even $5 in quality. Always check company reviews....my oops.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. How this business is still running is a mystery to me. With all the 1 stars. they should definitely be shut down. It is incredibly unprofessional to not reply to your customers when they keep sending the incorrect cases out. I hope that at least these reviews will prevent others from being scammed from this sham of a company. I ordered a case that cost $39.99 and the company sent me a $5.99 case.

Wish I could give zero stars. They sent wrong case and will not get back to me about a refund or exchange. They state they have excellent customer service how can that be when there isn't any at all? I would never recommend or purchase from this place.
Date has been ongoing for weeks.

Sent a case that doesn't fit the device. Demanded pictures and then told me the pictures of the phone not fitting were fake. Filing fraud case with my credit card.

They send me the wrong case, i wrote them 2 E-Mails, tried to make contact with tha chat function, no response. Scam sh it.

Placed my order on 12/29/22 and heard nothing after the 1-3 day process time. I emailed them on 1/7/23 and heard nothing. I emailed them again on 1/13/23 and heard nothing. I got a hold of someone on web chat on 1/17/23. I was advised the color I ordered would take longer and asked if another color was ok. I agreed. I received the package on 1/20/23 and they sent the wrong size. I received a case for a 10.2 iPad when I ordered for a 12.9 iPad pro. I emailed them back immediately on 1/20/23 to return it. No response. I emailed a different email address on 1/24/23. No response. Tried web chat. No response.

The iPad is for therapy for my special needs child. The only reason I ordered from this company was because it was the case the therapist recommended. Today is 2/10/23 and my child is still unable to use the iPad due to lack of a case. I'll need to order one from a different company.

DO NOT order from this company. Complete waste of time and money. Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand.

I ordered a case and they sent me the wrong color. When I emailed them letting me know they never got back to me. I followed up with them and they still haven't gotten back to me. Don't order from them!!!

I placed an order and we are going on 5 months and still nothing. All I get is .... your item is on its way. I asked for a refund and they won't help me. I have been emailing them for an update as the USPS has no indication of a shipping number. Worst customer service ever.

Like many others here, I received the wrong item and the company ghosted me and then hid behind a "no return" policy when charge was disputed through PayPal. Unrealistic demands for "expert evaluation of the product" were used to run out the clock on the dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Sent me wrong item. Sent them a pic, they ackowledged they sent me wrong case said the would send me the correct case. Then ghosted me. Had to dispute sale with Visa

Total scam. I was sent a case that was clearly not what I ordered. Attempted to return for the appropriate item. Kept getting "it's on the way" replies. That was over a month ago. Do not waste your money with these people.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they send you the wrong items and you never get a hold of their inexistent customer service. Plain and simple they steal your money.

Fraudulent company that sells items off amazon for twice as much and advertises them as "Gorilla Cases". They do not respond to emails and refused to follow their own return policy (on the Shop App). They are NOT accredited company by the BBB and have an F grading as their are endless complaints about their service.

I have reported them to the FTC and a credit card company. Just buy their items from amazon and stay away from this company.

DO NOT ORDER CASES OFF THEIR WEBSITE!!
I just got a phone case for my partner--dropped $38 on it on SSDI which is a big purchase for me--and even though it says it's for the Pixel, the case is so big it slides around inside leaving the camera to have little black bars around the side at times. He hates it. It makes his big bulky phone an extra 1/2" bigger for no reason. BUT YOU CAN'T RETURN IT!! THE COMPANY DOESN'T ACCEPT RETURNS & VOIDS ALL EXCHANGES ONCE THE CASE IS OPEN. It's robbery & false advertisement which is why they refuse to accept returns & give the "phone cases are gross" excuse. If they don't want to deal with "gross" cases that's fine but they have unsatisfied customers. I will never order from them again. This is why people shop at Amazon & not other vendors. THEY SUCK!!

Horrible service don’t order anything from gorilla cases. I purchased a phone case from them. I received the wrong size and color case of what I ordered plus it came from Amazon. I didn’t want tub but it from Amazon so I bought it through gorilla cases instead. Tried calling no answer and sent multiple emails like 10 or so all in a couple weeks. I only heard from them once saying they would look into it but haven’t heard from them since.
Don’t buy from them horrible service.
