The Gluttonous Gardener Omdömen 

I received 2 grape vines as a present for Christmas. They were over wintered in the greenhouse as i needed to make a plot and concerned about frosts. Unfortunately one of them did not strike. I contacted the Gluttonous Gardener in April, if i could order a replacement. They replaced it free of charge and it arrived promptly. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely use GG for future gifts to my friends. Thank you Charlotte.

First time buyer and so pleased with my order. Ordered a wood crate with fig & pomegranate tree. Beautifully presented and packed with jute straw. Information leaflet. Small but Really healthy trees in terracotta pots. Given the birds the straw for nesting and I will line the crate and use as a planter.

I Received a grape vine as a present for Christmas. Unfortunately it never developed which happens, its a plant after all. I contacted The Gluttonous Gardener to let them know that the plant had failed and they were most helpful. I dealt with Charlotte who was extremely helpful, prompt efficient and courteous, could do with her on my team.
The upshot was no fuss, no excuses only an apology and a new plant in the post

We received a Red Hybrid Tea Rose for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary last April which was beautiful throughout the summer but this spring the rose is dead. We contacted the company who, without hesitation, offered to replace the rose free of charge. The new rose was received less than 24 hours after confirmation of the replacement. Superb service from a small company.

My banana plant arrived in great condition as it was beautifully packaged. I really loved the personalised engraving on the slate!

Customer service was top notch and it arrived next day!

We use Gluttonous Gardener regularly for lots of different occasions ranging from good luck, get well, new baby and other occasions for staff and clients. My son’s family surprised me on my birthday in January
I thought it was a bouquet of flowers, which would have been lovely, but it was a crate with an olive tree, a fig tree and a pomegranate tree. I am a novice gardener and I admit to being worried at the prospect of caring for them especially in the grip of winter. The pomegranate was a leafless twig and is now a strong plant as is the beautiful fig. I worry about the olive but I send questions to Gluttonous and get a prompt reply. It has been very exciting for me, especially in the many months of not seeing my family, these trees will always be super special.

I received a lovely fig tree as a gift recently and my friend had ordered it from The Gluttonous Gardener. The packaging was so wonderful I didn’t want to open it - such a fabulous way to present a gift whilst keeping the planet in mind. Very impressed and highly recommend!

We were sent a gift plant for a birthday present. The packaging is secure and very attractive and the plant arrived in perfect condition. The plaque was beautiful and made it extra special. Two of the leaves fell off, but we left them in the soil as suggested, and now we have 3 plants instead of one! We can’t askfor more than that, can we?

The team have been absolutely amazing. We’d ordered two rose bushes as wedding gifts at the end of 2019. Obviously covid hit early 2020, and we subsequently had to change our wedding date 4 times. They were totally understanding and updated the gift plaque at no extra charge each time. Packaging is beautiful and customer service was second to none.

I just feel so disappointed that an order I placed and paid for 17 days in advance, as a Birthday present, was not delivered on the date requested. It wasn't even delivered first thing the next day but late in the afternoon. The recipient must have thought I forgot their Birthday. I won't be ordering from them again. They didn't even bother contacting me to inform me.

We have used this company 3 times and always for very special occasions. The plants always arrive beautifully and securely crated. Our last order was particularly poignant as it was a remembrance rose for a dear relative.

Yet again, another fabulous purchase from The Gluttonous Gardener. This time the Blackberry Box. Delivered safely and in perfect condition when it arrived. Cannot tell you enough about this Company...if you are looking for gifts or just for your garden you won't be disappointed. Fabulous and five star service. Now looking for something else for my garden...oh, and not forgetting this box came with a lovely jar of Blackberry jam.

Purchased two fruit trees as a client gift. Communication with Charlotte was flawless! Due to lack of quality plants, she happily split the shipment into two deliveries. Client was ecstatic upon receipt of each! Thank you Gluttonous Gardener!

Our sons and daughter very kindly bought us a 'Golden Rose' for our 50th wedding anniversary.The package arrived and looked well packaged and presented.We all looked on exited expecting to find golden flowers (or at least one!).What we got was a small shrub no sings of flowers in a poor quality pot.Could have got one like this from any garden centre for a very small fraction of the £60!!! they paid.
At least we all had a laugh and made it the centerpiece on our table.If you dont want to get ripped off go to B and Q or similar they can do it.
