Excellent customer service with all questions answered promptly and helpfully. Website ordering was user friendly and previously being a recipient of their wonderful products, I am confident my order will not disappoint.

Delighted to be able to recommend this excellent retailer. The plants make wonderful gifts, especially alongside the well thought out extras.

The customer service is prompt and helpful - a late change to the detail of one order I had placed was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Even the delivery service - so often an aspect of online retail that lets a supplier down - was reliable.

We were given a Medlar as a gift and this year it started looking a bit poorly. I contacted the Gluttonous Gardener and after an exchange of a few emails answering their questions I was given advice. From first contact to advice took just over two and a half hours! I was also told that if the plant didn’t improve within two weeks they would send a replacement. I can’t remember when I’ve received such excellent customer service. Absolutely brilliant!!

We were given two grapevine plants as presents. One flourished the other failed. After sharing this with Gluttonous Gardener we were sent a replacement plant the next day! Amazing service. Buy with total confidence!

I was delighted to receive a medlar tree in Spring but regrettably it appeared dormant and never showed any sign of life. I reported this to the Gluttonous Gardener team the other day and received a replacement 24 hours later. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company

Received six vines as a present, three red and three white. Unfortunately the three white vines failed to develop. Contacted The Gluttonous Gardiner and received replacements almost by return. The new vines are excellent with good growth.
Obviously plants can fail and this can be expected occasionally however in this instance this companies customer service was first class.

I was given two plants, a fig and a pomegranate, as a present a few months ago. Due to my inexperience, the pomegranate wasn't doing well initially but the team at The Gluttonous Gardener was quick to the rescue with helpful advice and suggestions. Now both plants are doing wonderfully! I'm very pleased with both the products and the quality of the customer service I received.
Definitely a great place to get a treat for yourself or (and) an original gift for family and friends!
PS: The pralines that came as part of the gift set were delicious!

I ordered a sausage vine for a gift. It arrived when expected, excellently packaged. The plant was very healthy and we were very impressed all round.

I had occasion to contact the company when a vine I had been sent as a present failed to come out of dormancy in the spring and proved dead. I received good customer service and a replacement was sent promptly at a time to suit me and now flourishes.

Amazing customer service. I was given 2 grapevines for Christmas, beautiful packaging and a lovely present. Unfortunately the vines did not thrive, within 24 hrs of contacting them I now have 2 replacements delivered to my door which are thriving. Very rare to get such responsive customer service these days.

When my son finally left home after returning during lockdown he presented us with a red wine and a white wine vine that arrived beautifully packaged and are now showing good growth. I received excellent follow up customer service when I telephoned the Gluttonous Gardner and whilst I seldom recommend a product I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

This is my second gift of fruit bushes/trees from The Gluttonous Gardener. Each one has arrived very well packaged and in good health. The blueberries have cropped well for the two years I have had them and in full flower now. The Fig tree has just arrived and looks very healthy. I am informed it should show fruits in two years. Many thanks to your company.

My wife and I received a pomegranate tree as a gift for a significant wedding anniversary. It was in a dormant state so little more than a twig and we took care of it in accordance with the instructions provided but sadly it did not thrive. I made contact with the Gluttonous Gardener for advice but the tree did not recover. I made further contact with GG and was immediately sent a replacement which so far appears very healthy.

We were sent a grape vine by my late son’s work colleagues. Unfortunately the vine didn’t come out of its dormant stage so I called Gluttonous Gardener and they were brilliant. Not only did they replace the vine but they sent me a link for more information on growing vines etc.

I received a pomegranate tree as a Christmas present from my sister. After several months I had a few problems with said tree - contacted Glut who were more than helpful and in the end sent out a replacement foc - excellent service !!! Many thanks Charlotte and Jess !

I received a vine as a Birthday/Retirement present partly as I'm a wine enthusiast and also because I'm difficult to buy for. This was certainly a novel gift. That was late November last year - it over wintered in my garden shed and I've had a few challenges, because of the cold weather I'm sure. With some help from GG my vine is now in a pot on the patio and with lots of leaves sprouting it's looking good for the summer. So, after a bit of a false start they have been really supportive and I'm now very happy with the vine. Fingers crossed I can get it out of the pot when it's a bit more established and find a permanent place in the garden for it to flourish. As a result of all this I would happily recommend the GG.
