Floor quality is dreadful
Floor was laid approx 3 weeks ago, scratches have appeared, chips already. Have attempted to say it's our doing but within 3 weeks, no kids in the house either and I've been away for 10 days. The flooring quality is appalling, nothing to do with the fitter like they have claimed, fitter can only work with what's given to him. The support since has been dreadful, fitter will come have a look, 2 weeks I've been waiting for this, constantly changing the times (I understand he's a busy man don't get me wrong) not telling me that they are changing the times and just leave us hanging. Im approaching the financial ombudsman due to the lack of quality and service. They only way I'd change this rating would be for them to come rip out there crap flooring and refund me my money that I've paid out.

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with both the flooring and the service you have received.
We take all product quality concerns seriously and always seek to investigate any issues raised. In this case, the matter was reported to us on 15 May and an inspection was arranged so that we could assess the flooring and determine the cause of the damage. Unfortunately, when our fitter attended the property, the inspection could not be completed.
At present, we have not been able to carry out a full assessment and therefore cannot determine whether the damage reported is due to a product defect or another cause. We remain willing to inspect the flooring and review your concerns fairly once this has taken place.
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the aftercare process and would welcome the opportunity to resolve the matter. Please contact our customer service team directly so that we can arrange a further inspection and continue working towards a resolution.

Unable to stick to a fitting date!
OK my turn!
I had a fitting scheduled for today - apparently I was the "first job of the day“!!!! Well it s now 6pm, nothing has been done and obviously the office is closed!!!! This is a REAL JOKE!!!! How unprofessional is that!!!!? ??
And Don t reply telling me you are sorry as you are not!!!! ! It seems like people have been complaining about your fitters for years now, and you do not take any comments into consideration to improve your customer service and replace your fitters ! I will expect a financial gesture or get my money back! Taking people s money whilst you are unable to do the job is considered as a fraud, and I will not hesitate to escalate this case to the relevant ombudsman.

Unfortunately, the fitter assigned to your job became unwell unexpectedly this morning, which caused disruption to the schedule. As discussed with our office team, we have rearranged our diary to prioritise your fitting and can confirm this has now been rescheduled for Monday.
