The carpet we had fitted is lovely and really good price. Huge thanks to the carpet fitters who came on bank holiday Monday when the weather was extremely hot. They turned up still happy, professional and polite and done an amazing job

Rouge fitters
Had my original quote etc in Feb. Had carpets fitted this bank holiday weekend. Didn’t get a text until around 10am on the day to say it was an all day appointment, would’ve expected this the night before. Got the fitter’s number and had to contact him twice before he told me a time. Arrived in a hire van, all good until we realised when they’d left they had broken 2 of my daughters souvenirs which were out of the way on a wall shelf. They didn’t even tell us and then denied it after I’d contacted the company. They’d stuffed the broken items into a bag of rubbish. Also left with one mismatched carpet door plate which they hid by covering it up with a protective plastic. Contacted Easipay who dismissed it stating all fitters are self employed. No compensation offered. Don’t trust the fitters.

Horrific customer service.
After paying my first installment, I was asked which week I would like the fitting and that the fitter would be in touch to let me know which day it would be. Received a phone call from the fitter who literally mumbled his words and was hard to understand. I explained that I was at work on the Monday and Tuesday, so was only available the Wednesday and Thursday - to which he moaned about and said he would have to 'do it Thursday then'. He also asked why I hadn't mentioned that I was only free them days and I said I wasn't asked which days I was free just which week I would want the fitting?
I get a text message on the day of the fitting early morning to say it will be some point on the afternoon which I was absolutely fine with but did have evening plans. I was in touch around about 3pm to tell me that they only had one more job and they would be on the way to mine. It got to 5:15pm and so all I asked was that if it could be rearranged. The fitter then rang me very angry on the phone, no hello or nothing but asking why I have cancelled the job to which I told him you said it would be the afternoon not late evening and I had plans. He went on ridiculous with me on the phone and then hung up on me.
Has completely put me off Easipay and so I have rang this morning to cancel my whole order and even the lady on the telephone had bad manners and poor customer service. She said that I was told it would be an all day appointment, at no point have I received an email or message to say it was an all day appointment. There was literally no apologies for this poor customer service and will never go to these again.

My experience with easipay carpets as been very very helpful after struggling due to my only family member taking his own life its bad enough coping with something like this and moving properties in 4 months easi carpets have made things alot more easy for me and can not thank them enough, chris the carpet fitter was amazing and he as done a perfect job i would highly recommend easipay carpets to any one this as took a big piece from my shoulders
