No aftercare at all, everyone else, the fitters and the sales people are all self employed! We had a quote for Lino, the fitter changed his day for fitting (on the day) which Pay weekly flooring had... Se mer

Great friendly service always and great labourers :) very happy even though I buggered up the measurements. Second time customer and making a third appointment end of the month

When the 2 blokes came out they was very polite and I’m soo happy with the results they have done a fantastic job I’m well chuffed with my new laminate flooring thank u ever so much means a lot

Pay Weekly Flooring is a UK-based flooring and home improvement specialist, supplying carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), furniture, beds, sofas and blinds with flexible payment options available. We provide a simple and transparent way for customers across England and Wales to improve their homes without large upfront costs. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to reflect the correct service provided and the party responsible. Any concerns raised are taken seriously and reviewed in line with our policies and UK consumer law. This is our only official Trustpilot page.

I like the fitter I got today but…

I like the fitter I got today but honestly I don’t rate the customer service agents or gaz the another fitter in the company he’s rude and unpleasant and unprofessional but other than that it’s a good flooring company and I will use them again for the rest of my house flooring is high quality

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. Dan the rep came and measured up and quoted me such a good price I asked him to double check it twice because I didn’t believe it. He gave me advice on flooring and had it all measured and priced up in minutes. The fitters were also brilliant. Really helpful and because my floor was so long I would have been short of flooring by about two inches. He used an off cut and matched it all up without me even asking him too. Would highly recommend using this company.

Terrible experience and no aftercare!

No aftercare at all, everyone else, the fitters and the sales people are all self employed! We had a quote for Lino, the fitter changed his day for fitting (on the day) which Pay weekly flooring had no involvement in and then when they eventually came to fit they were short of trim! Was told if was nothing to do with pay weekly flooring, as the sales person was self employed and he was the one that didn’t include the trim. So am having to go out to buy and fit trim myself now, no compensation, no apologies, they just blame the other guys who are self employed!
If I had know this I would have gone to a reputable carpet shop instead.

Happy customer

I was sceptical with seeing some reviews but I am so happy I went ahead with pay weekly flooring, the fitters did a fantastic job. Do double check the fitters prices are the same as what you have been quoted as I didn’t - but upon rebooking for stairs carpet I realised my/their mistake - lesson learnt to double check! Luckily… they deserved the extra 🙂
