The fitter left a big sticky patch…
The fitter left a big sticky patch which it tooks ages to remove and still left slight mark. Think its a bit expensive.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, however we have carefully checked the images you provided and there is no visible evidence of the carpet being uneven or incorrectly fitted. We have also since spoken with you directly regarding your concerns.
With regard to the skirting boards, the small scuff marks you mentioned are very minor and can occasionally occur during carpet fitting work, particularly when furniture is being m
During our conversation, an allegation was made that the fitter had taken a phone, which was later confirmed to have been found. This has been fully resolved.oved or edges are being finished. These marks are cosmetic and do not affect the installation or finish of the carpet.
The fitting was carried out to a professional standard and completed as agreed. We always aim to take care in every property and appreciate your understanding that minor cosmetic marks can sometimes be an unavoidable part of the process.

The colour I chose compliments the wood grain in my laminate flooring perfectly, tying everything together beautifully. Ruined my walls fitting carpets. Otherwise company really good.
The carpets are good quality for the price and the monthly payments really help. BUT! The fitters did not appreciate the fact I had just redecorated and scuffed and ripped the wallpaper taking the carpets upstairs.
