Easipay are just brilliant, from ordering , customer service was great. The measuring the guy was very polite talked me through the plan explaining everything and going through prices . I was kept informed every step of the way. The carpet fitters are polite, they did an excellent job . I’m very happy. I would highly recommend Easipay they made everything so simple for me, no hassles along the way. I’ve had several carpets from them , they made everything simple, no issues along the way. Thank you to all the Easipay team 😊. One very happy customer.

We chose the carpet we wanted, paid Dave our deposit & after the first payment we heard from the fitter Mani .
He was professional & courteous also . Phoned me the day of fitting & arrived after 30 minutes

Absolutely amazing work the staff are absolutely lovely and I love my vinyl flooring from having my rooms measured to then having the flooring put it was only a week between super quick and didn’t take long at all thank you very much

Good service, staff and fitters are polite (some fitters comical😂) they’re very quick to get you booked in for home visit and fitting with no hidden costs, also products are very good quality, I’m a happy customer, shame they don’t do floor tiles too as I need them.ive used this company 3 times now and no issues at all.

I don't know whether to be offended insulted or totally disappointed after the previous review that won't let me respond to it I've received an email about offering me 92 pound that is one month payment off the final bill after all the inconvenience and then being told they would have to rip my whole Florida because of a scratch that the fitter made on the installation all the inconvenience and the amount of time I've had to wait for this to then often in 92 pound honestly I'm okay thanks

It’s such an easy process, every member of staff was so polite and helpful. Everything was done fast from start to finish, the carpet fitters were speeding and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Very quick and efficient with setting up the appointment and was professional.

There was some issues with the fitting team however this was resolved fairly quickly and flooring was fitted and looks very good.

Had my flooring down 5 months then it started chipping in the middle. Fitters came out to inspect and accused me of moving furniture over it. I have now had to get it sorted by another company because they wouldnt sort it out.

Great choice of carpets! From the start, the sales man was friendly and offered many options. Ladies over the phone when i have called have also been pleasant. The carpet fitters were friendly and efficient.
The only negative is i had to wait over a month for a fitting date, and the day before fitting, i had a text to say the fitter has van issues so would come a day late which is not his fault but problematic when i had to take another day off work. It was well worth the wait though as the new carpet has transformed my lads bedroom! I will definitely use them again.

The fitters well the man said i needed half an inch off 2 doors that's total 1 inch "then he said 40 pounds i said why that much he said I quote "i had to buy this tool and costs 40 pounds and then said Quote"u have just paid for his tool utterly discusting.

Very friendly easy to apply and swift at doing job carpet fitters very good at there jobs and helping you if need and on your own dont expect everything done for them.they help if on own highly recommend very good with payment plan options or if you then cant afford they go through other options to make easy and affordable for you

Did a good job, swept all of the rubbish in a corner but left the trimmings from the flooring and packaging next to my rubbish bins, but all in all we're chuffed with the work
