Amazing carpet and service

Easy repayment terms plus no hard sell upon their rep visiting me. Laminate looks good and chaps that installed it were excellent. My only issue is the sawing was all done inside my home. This resulted in a bigger mess for me afterwards and I'm disabled. Also rubbish was left for me to deal with. Finally I didn't appear to have a choice in the beading so I was left with white beading which looks odd. I really hope they change their policy & do all sawing & cutting outside properties not in. Plus it was a hot sunny day so no excuse really. Laminates OK not best quality but at least I could pay off monthly which helps.

Amazing results !
Experience was really good. I really recommend using easipay carpets as its quick and easy as they do all the work for you. As my 1st ever time getting carpets fitted in my new home im very happy with the results and customer service, paying monthly installments aswell, What a bonus! Even better in my eyes.
Will definitely use this service again for the rest of my home to make it feel complete. Very happy 😊

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, staff communication it’s horrible, they ignore the clients after you signed the contract the contract you don’t even have a chance to read it out because of the person who comes into your house ask ‘’ just sign there ‘’ there it’s just a box to sign.. no information, the person who comes into your house rush you to sign.. not even let you read or to inform you… they take your deposit and first payment and vanish.. very poor service .. the staff come to clients house and ask for ‘’ dinner ‘’ etc… very very very poor service, don’t believe what they say, don’t leave them a big deposit and pay in advance if you change your mind your money are gone.. it’s just a scam, honestly I feel being scammed… those people should be report it to police !!

We would like to clarify that our process is designed to ensure customers are fully aware of the agreement they are entering into. The electronic signature requested is not simply a blank signature box — it confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions, product details, payment information, survey information, and other important points relating to the order. Customers are provided with the opportunity to review the information before confirming their agreement.
In this case, a fitting date was booked during the visit with our Account Manager, and the order was processed accordingly. The flooring has been ordered, allocated, and prepared specifically for this installation through our system, meaning costs have already been committed. Therefore, a refund is not due at this stage under the agreed terms.
We are also disappointed by the comments regarding our staff. Our team members are expected to act professionally at all times, and we would never encourage any employee to request personal favours or inappropriate arrangements from customers. If you believe any member of staff has acted in this way, we would ask you to provide details so we can investigate properly.
We have attempted to provide service and support throughout the process and remain committed to resolving any genuine concerns. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss the matter directly and work towards a suitable resolution.
Easy Pay is outstanding…
Iv been with easy pay carpets since 2017 iv had every room done and some been done several times, having carpet and vinyl through out my home… I recommend them to everyone, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my flooring… there amazing quality..amazing service, always polite and helpful, there just the best 😆

Absolutely atrocious customer service
Very disappointing experience with Easipay Carpets. A certain man came out to provide a flooring quote and gave me an idea of the cost, but when I said I wanted time to think about it and make sure I could afford it, he became rude and raised his voice. He complained about travelling all that way and seemed to expect me to agree to the flooring on the spot. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. A quote should allow customers time to make a decision without being shouted at.
