Fitters were great
Fitters were great, looks really nice and done very quickly. Only disappointment was they left a bag of rubbish and offcuts in the flat and the other bag was left near our bins, no rubbish taken away.

Awful experience, ruined 65 birthday.
First thing never take out old carpet. Wait when fitter really turns up. I have the worst experience with this company. Communication is bad. My carpet should be fitted on monday, only when I started to call ask for aprox time, was given fitters number, in short time was call that no fitting that day. On thursday for my 65 birthday arriving family with kids, house is wrecked, carpets taken off. Offer was that saturday will be fitting, after long talks , apoarently thursday will be, but not sure. So my family atriving, kids unsafe in room like that, I was sudgested by member, if its not safe I should keep kids in bedroom .I asked that we ho pick up carpet fitvourselves, they dont agree. Refund , dont agree. So its sll ruined, I cant prepare home nicely for my 65. Just becouse there are companies who work for themselves not customers. I offered to pay fitting fee, although fitter woyld fit. But they just say no , no. Very hard communication. I wouldnt use this company again. Becouse they just dont care. World lost empathy, and heart. Thanks easypay carpets for ruining my 65 birthday. Inara Sellers.

We are genuinely sorry that your fitting experience has caused so much stress, especially around such an important occasion as your 65th birthday. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to have your home disrupted when you were expecting to welcome family.
Unfortunately, on the scheduled fitting date of Monday, our fitter was unable to attend due to unexpected van issues. We appreciate that this was extremely frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
As soon as we were made aware, our team worked hard behind the scenes to rearrange schedules and prioritise your installation. Despite the challenges, including the extremely hot weather conditions, we arranged for one of our fitters to attend as quickly as possible and complete your flooring installation within the same week — only three days later than originally planned.
We would like to reassure you that we do care about our customers and take situations like this seriously. When something unexpected happens, there is often a lot of work happening behind the scenes to find solutions as quickly as possible, even though we appreciate this is not always visible to the customer.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and that this impacted your birthday preparations. We hope that once your flooring is completed, you are able to enjoy your refreshed home with your family.

Absolutely terrible aftercare
Absolutely terrible aftercare . My skirting boards were ruined by the fitter , door frame all scratched and they removed my door and didn't replace it . I m a OAP with Disabilities and this is how I ve been treated. All they say is we ve taken note of what I ve sent but they ll not do anything to compensate. Where's the care and attention to customers property. Avoid at all cost. Once they ve got your money they don t care !. Just a quick reply to your response. I ve contacted you several times and in your replies you never mentioned all of the things you put in review. I didn't sign i was satisfied with the full outcome as I wasn't asked to on the way my property was left and I complained about the skirting board not the "patchy blue paint " which i never mentioned or said your fitter had done so please give full facts what you replied to me . No mention of taking of the door and not replacing it leaving me with another cost to get put back on !!

We have reviewed the details of your installation, including the customer satisfaction form completed and signed on the day. On this form, you confirmed that the installation was completed to your satisfaction and that the fitters were professional and had tidied up after themselves.
We would like to clarify that we are not suggesting that the fitter has not caused the small scuff mark shown on the skirting board. However, customers are advised that whilst our fitters take every care when working in customers’ homes, minor scuff marks can occasionally occur, particularly where skirting boards have recently been painted. This information is included within our completion documentation, which was acknowledged as part of the sign-off process.
We have reviewed the photographs provided by you as well as the images from the fitter and can see the area of concern on the skirting board. We have also noticed the patchy blue paintwork visible above this area, which appears unrelated to the fitting works and is not something that would have been caused by our installation team.
We always aim to provide a professional service and treat our customers’ homes with care. We are sorry that you feel let down, but we hope this provides some clarity around the points raised.

A joke not a company
My fitting date was cancelled last minute. Ive lost day of work.
Was told I would be booked in for following week and meant to be contacted in next 2 days for fitting date.
No respond. I rung to remind them and was assured someone would let me know that day, no one contacted me.
Spoken to them on monday and they told me they can book me in in next coming weeks . But again would let me know last minute the booking date.
I informed them I need to take another day off work so I need to know ASAP but totally unhelpful.
The company is a joke. I've paid almost half of the price for a carpet but haven't even got a fitting date. They refused.to give me money back even though they dont do their job correctly.

Recommended
Initially,the communication between the company, fitter and customer was poor.
Eventually though it all came to together and the fitters done a good job laying the covering.
There are still two rooms to be fitted, I’ll update the review on completion.
At this stage, I would definitely recommend their service.

Horrendous experience
So had an appointment for the carpet to be fit today, and the lack of communication from the fitter is diabolical, me and my partner got up at 5.30 this morning and got rid of the old flooring, I then rang him this morning at 8.10 and he said he would be here on the afternoon bearing in mind the email said it was an all day job as having 3 bedrooms and and landing and stairs done, so it comes to 3 in the afternoon and I ask for any update and he then replies sorry for the lack of communication been at my sons school all day having a Father’s Day dinner and that the lad who works for him has punctured the tire in the van and has no spare wheel, he then says he will keep me up to date with what is happening, so it comes to 6pm and I stated that my partner has stayed in all day waiting and basically they have no showed, and now left with 3 children not been able to go to sleep in there bedrooms and has left the house a mess due to not been able to put it anywhere, not only that this has caused a massive inconvenience as we have got a family funeral tomorrow and we are unable to get a shower or anything as all the furniture is in the bathroom and living room, honestly this is the worst experience of a company I have ever dealt with, and I will be looking at taking this further as they have taken 2 payment and not done the flooring, feel like we have been scammed
