Wonderful Company I highly recommend.
From start to finish our experience has been fab. The price was very competative and the communcation was perfect.
The lovely people we have dealt with have been amazing, from the Lady who took my booking and measured up to the 2 Fitters that came to fit our carpet, nothing was too much for them.
An absolute pleasure to deal with a Company who you can trust. I will be buying from them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish, kept in the loop at all times, easy measuring and deciding what carpets to choose. The guys that fitted the carpets in my apartment were like whirling dervishes, had the underlay down in one room before the cuppa was made. Very respectful and chatty. An overall fantastic experience, would highly recommend them. Many thanks 🙂

Shambles
Futher update now 3 months since original shambolic fitting . You cancelled a date then gave me a date I couldn't do as I work and have 4 children I can't sit in all week waiting for you to decide the date and time as you clearly expect me to MN you've stated I'm refusing access for fix it in actually bit able to sit in an wait it's bizarre that your appointmenta run in this way . You've again took money out of my account without consent mm I now inky have £30 left to pay for an unfinished carpet how can I trust you will complete the work
June Update as I'm unable to hang around all day everyday for unknown appt this still isn't rectified. They have broken their promise to not take more money until I'm satisfied and just casually helping themselves to my bank account against pre arranged terms and the reduction of £30.is a joke when I have to take days off work to wait in again .
Lost of earnings well outweighs the compensation offered
£30 off a £500 carpet plus £120 fitting actually laughable
Sort your sales people out and you wouldn't need to compensate
Was measured for stair carpet two floors and vinyls over my laminates . Told to remove the carpet . Today the fitter turned up and was unable to fit the carpet as I've picked stripes for none straight stairs and my sales man said nothing about this fitter said he was uncomfortable fitting as it would look awful . Also said couldn't fit my viynl due to there being border beams from laminate and if the beams where to be removed it wouldn't fit properly and would also look bad . He also wasn't sent enough carpet or laminate to work with . Not the fitters fault may I add .
After several calls because I have disabled children and a daft dog I can't have uncovered stairs I was made to agree to pay full price for the carpet and accept as is there if I wanted anything done today considering I have a son with a broken foot and a boot on who has to shuffle up and down stairs I've had to agree for a sub par product . I'm also only getting "most" of my carpet done today sue to the issues . I've been told the job will be completed it the fitter saying I've ordered the wrong type of carpet just ruins it for me knowing a professional wouldn't have let me chose that carpet. I've cancelled the laminate that I was really excited for and now have a carpet tainted with disappointment now . No offer of a reduction in cost for carpet for inconvenience or the fact I now don't love my new carpet .
Anyone in Liverpool don't order because the sales man is clearly not trained properly

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations.
We appreciate that your concerns are regarding the advice provided during the sales process, rather than the fitting itself, and we apologise that the potential issue with selecting a striped carpet for non-straight stairs was not highlighted at the point of sale. This is an unusual situation, and we understand that this should have been discussed with you beforehand so you could make an informed decision about your choice of carpet.
With regards to the vinyl, all customers are required to acknowledge at the point of purchase that the condition and suitability of the subfloor is their responsibility. Unfortunately, due to the existing laminate and border beams, the fitter was unable to complete this part of the installation as the required preparation work had not been carried out.
We would also like to clarify that the fitter acted appropriately by raising his concerns on the day, as his priority was to ensure the best possible finish rather than proceed with an installation that he believed would not achieve the expected result.
Following your concerns being escalated, our management team has reviewed the situation and a reduction has been offered as a gesture of goodwill in recognition that the sales advice provided did not meet the standard we expect.
Your feedback regarding the sales consultation has been noted and will be reviewed internally to help ensure customers receive the correct guidance before making their selections.
