Contacted Debt Recovery after APCOA had referred an unpaid parking fine. Jade Kinsey quickly and thoroughly understood my problem and sympathised that I had acted in complete good faith during the process. Jade referred back to APCOA on my behalf and 12 hours later the case was dropped and the fine removed. Refreshing service and a common sense outcome!

This company is utterly incompetent.
They have received multiple letters confirming that I was the driver of a parking dispute and that all post needs to be sent to me, as I take 100% full responsibility and there is no legal recourse back to my employer. They have my home address and my written confession. But this company still fails to read my letters, or does read them and the people there don't understand English. I accept its not company that is going to get a 5-star rating, but basic competence would be a good place to start for a company that deals with the public.

Communication skills were really calming, even though I had to make a payment, the call ended pleasantly and I was left smiling....

This was such a horrible and upsetting experience from start to finish. There was a mistake which I was calling to sort out, and I spoke to two seperate people. Both of which had terrible attitudes. I was asking questions as I genuinley didnt know how to go about this and the answers I got were snappy, defensive, and accusatory. The first man made me feel so terrible about myself I hung up and called the next day to get someone new. She was better, but at first was the same, jumped down my throat to tell me I owed money when I had to stop her and explain the situation and say I wasnt looking for an argument I just need to gather some information. After that she took a step back and listened to me. Why is thier first point of call to snap at the caller and get accusatory? Its not a nice situation to be in in the first place, but then to call and get this kind of attitude makes it even worse.

Mike was absolutely wonderful and thoughtful when he sorted the problem for us. My husband with the help of the surgery’s receptionist put in my vehicle registration on the day I attended for a heart appointment. She also helped us fill out the appeal form the same day we got notice of intending fine.

Absolutely disgusting company and they should be liable in court, actually they will be!

I rent with my wife and along with that come free parking all paid for in the rent. (this is written into the lease agreement).

CPM came along and decided they would issue fines to anyone without a permit. The idea, I was told, was to stop the constant parking by shoppers and druggies.
Anyway they just sent their coward employee to come around and night when no illegal parking was taking place and just ticket residents who may be a bit out of their bay or don't have a permit.

For those interested there is a UK law call 'Primacy of Contract'. This means if you leased before they came along and put signs up they have zero legal right to fine you, chase you or harrass you and you can now counter claim and win.
If your lease started before they came along the law says their signage is worthless.
Take me to court, I will sue for damages, stress and anxiety as well as loss of eranings.

You deliberately ignore any claim made via your website then say it has passed the allowed time for claims.

You were informed of all conditions such as my stroke, my heart problems, you were sent all documents showing proof of rights to park in legally binding documents and you ignored them all.
Take me to court I dare you.
