I did not know how the conversation with this company would go...
I spoke with a lady called annie and she was very helpful, polite and courteous and listened to all the problems I have going on right now, we went through the basics with regards to the call and came out with the best option available to me, if everyone at lantern is like this then the business has a very high standard of customer support and care, the call ended and I felt better knowing the steps taken today are the best possible for me in my current situation

I would like to say thank you to Aaron for handling my call. Aaron was very calm and polite during my call. Had so much advice he offered. Most cases like this you may feel stressed out oweing money but Aaron reassured this call was about finding out best solution to move forward. I’m so glad I took the call as previously was extremely nervous and anxious.
