I was hesitant to ring not gonna lie
I was hesitant to ring not gonna lie. However a very nice man by the name of Jordan was on the other end. Straight away I felt at ease. His whole personality was wondering. He was very thorough and helpful kept asking if I understood and if I had any questions and what I should do I had any difficulties. Thank again.

I spoke to a lovely advisor
I spoke to a lovely advisor named Annie (I think that's what she said her name was anyway my memory isn't the best!) I was quite quickly made to feel at ease and felt like she actually cared about my situation. All people working in customer service in anyway should be like this lady, was a pleasure to speak to her. I could write so much more but I would give 100* if it were an option! She deserves a bonus of some kind for her fabulous customer service!

I have bad anxiety and struggle to understand things with calls at times but today I called up and spoke to Annie she was very calming and spoke to me like a human being and not a robot I honestly cant say how great her customer service is and slowly talked me through things very patient and an absolute creadit to the company
