Good but needs to improve.
Overall, the service was good, with a fast response time and effective case handling. However, I am giving a 3-star rating due to the unprofessional approach taken when requesting payment. Despite the case not being successfully resolved, I was pressured to pay the full fee immediately, and the communication came across as intimidating rather than professional and respectful.
I clearly communicated that I was willing to pay a proportional fee based on the work completed and the progress made. However, instead of discussing this reasonably, they insisted on immediate full payment and made remarks that felt almost threatening.
While I appreciate their responsiveness and efforts, I believe payment discussions should be handled transparently, respectfully, and in proportion to the services delivered. This experience significantly affected my overall satisfaction.
