Professional, persistent, and kept me informed throughout
I engaged Darcey Quigley to recover a significant outstanding invoice after a client repeatedly missed payment deadlines with no real intention of resolving it. Chasing it myself had gone nowhere.
Darcey Quigley made the difference. The team were persistent in getting through to the right people and didn't let the case go cold, and eventually the full amount owed was recovered, along with their fees on top. And I was updated at every stage of the process, so I always knew where things stood rather than being left to wonder.
If you're owed money and getting nowhere on your own, I'd recommend them without hesitation.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Darcey Quigley.
This was the first time we have needed to use an international debt collection agency, having reached the point where an invoice that had been due for payment since 1st May remained outstanding.
After instructing Darcey Quigley, it took just around 48 hours for the outstanding invoice to be settled in full.
The process was straightforward, professional and efficient, and we were particularly impressed with how quickly they achieved the desired result. Having never needed to take this type of action before, we were unsure what to expect, but the service exceeded our expectations.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Darcey Quigley to any business experiencing difficulties recovering outstanding international payments. A great service and, most importantly, a very speedy result.

Pre-checks incomplete
Came home to an open letter through my door tonight. The issue was relating to a previous owner >5years, however I had already informed the creditor CEF that said debtor did not stay at this address and had not for a long time. So amateur in their communications, they didnt even bother to use an envelope👎👎👎they should ensure they actually have a case before steaming in !!

We instructed Darcey Quigley & Co because we had an issue with one of our customers not paying our invoice, ignoring our calls and emails.
I cannot praise the team enough, from start to finish, there service could not be falted.
I emailed them on a Friday and had a call first thing monday morning. The team were polite, proffessional and clear on the process.
We had a resolution with in 24 hours, our invoice was paid.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a proffesional and dedicated company.

This company does not know the rules
This company operates in a manner that assumes those who.
This company and a lady who you can call yourself on the phone who introduces herself as Norah where her name is visible to the public attempts to harass and her manner is incredibly unprofessional.
They rely on you not knowing the rules and play the intimidation game.
Read the other reviews on here and you will know what to do and not to do.
Don't be alarmed by their correspondence, emails or harassment.
I have emailed our local MP about this woman and company. What they do is intimidate and send multiple emails to threaten you instead of following the proper procedures.
