This is the second time I have used Darcy Quigley. Great agency to deal with. They had a letter out to our debtor the same day as our instructions were sent over and payment was made promptly. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Rapid resolution of a long-standing debt
We had an initial meeting in the morning, supporting information was uploaded by lunchtime and the debt was paid mid-afternoon. We were really pleased with the extremely quick resolution. Both Chloe Hogg and Chloe O'Brien were professional, helpful and very efficient. I would recommend them

Am editing my previous comments regarding Darcey Quigley & Co due the unfortunate behaviour of their accounts department.
After receiving payment from the company who owed me was not imagining issues at receiving payment from the company who now have the money. Or are the expecting me to hire another dept collecting company to retrieve this money?

Professional, Quick and diligent
We have a long outstanding, high value debt that was referred to DQ. Within 36 hours of us sending over the paperwork the entire amount was paid including all fees, interest and compensation.

Outstanding service and super fast results.
When we needed assistance with a very overdue invoice with a client who had stopped responding to all contact, we found Darcey Quigley amongst many companies online.
Their reviews seemed almost too good to be true but after talking with them, they were clearly ideal to help us.
Within 24 hours of instructing them to act on our behalf, payment was made by the customer.

Within hours of submitting a case to DQ - Norah Allan called to say she had made contact and payment would be imminent. She also recovered the fees the following day! We feared we would be writing the debt off (12k + fees).
