If you are having difficulty in contacting, use the chat and stay online for around 10 minutes. They do reply but it takes a bit.

Placed an order on the 30/12 (dispatch on the 4th) and 4/1 (dispatch on the 10th).
We are understanding that any supplier would be under pressure at the moment.
Very little communication, no receipt of emails (not even a automated response). Order from the 30th, phone states send email. Sent email days ago with nothing. Sent another yesterday - nothing.
Very poor communication - would not recommend buying from them if you value communication and knowing when your order will be dispatched.

I honestly can’t even give them 1 star rating. I contacted them twice, I placed and paid items last 1 Nov 2021. It’s been a month, I received nothing.
Trustworthy
I ordered a pack of mask in Sept 2021 from Werko, got a response and tracking number within 24 hours. But the courier kept saying it is experiencing unprecedented delays due to covid, and I still didn't get the package in Nov 2021. So I decided to email Werko to ask for an update and they chose a different courier and shipped me a new pack immediately, I received the new package within 4 working days - very happy that Werko honoured my order without fuss.
Complete rip off
Complete rip off. You'd be donating money to them. No reply to queries about my order that I paid for in August and have not received.

A company that takes your money but not provide the goods
Made a purchase for some P2 masks about 4 weeks ago. I received an email a few days after the purchase saying the order has been fulfilled. 3 weeks later I have yet to receive my masks. I called them twice and they said they will call me back as they needed to check with the warehouse. Till date I have yet to receive my product nor any call backs. Tried to call them a week later (After the first 2 calls) and went straight to voice mail. I sent an email but no response. I ended up contacting my credit card provider to dispute the transaction. Will never purchase from this mob again.
Dodgy company with zero customer service
I have had a similar experience with this dishonest and shady company as others have. I placed an order a few weeks ago for children's masks. I received a tracking number and I thought my parcel was on the way. After checking the tracking number daily with no updates, I called Werko and they admitted that they had oversold the product, had no stock yet the stock would be in 'in a few days' and Express Posted to me. Completely dishonest to not only oversell a product that was listed as 'in stock ready to ship' THEN to provide dodgy tracking numbers THEN they don't even bother to notify customers that the item was not available. Still happy to take customer's money though. I called, their office was closed for two days, I emailed requesting a refund as I have since ordered (and RECEIVED) masks from another company. No response. Nothing. This business is nothing short of a scam. Would never recommend.

I purchased an item online on 9th Dec 2020. I was informed by Sendle that it was in transit on 12th Dec 2020. It had not arrived in metro Sydney by 21st Dec 2020 so I contacted Werko. Cameron sent out another that same day and started a missing parcel enquiry with Sendle. The new parcel arrived on 22nd Dec 2020. I agreed to return the original should it eventually arrive and Werko would pay for the postage. The original arrived on 23rd Dec 2020 in a damaged box but the item was secure. I posted it to Werko on 23rd Dec 2020 and it arrived on 24th Dec 2020. Cameron arranged for a refund of the postage.

Disgusting experience with this scam of a company. I ordered surgical masks in March 23 and was charged 550 dollars. Website said shipping is 3-5 business days within Australia and they never shipped my masks. Contacted many times and they wouldn’t refund me and then sent them 23 of May !!!!! Not only that but received the WRONG masks cheap quality not like photos and not surgical but disposal and wrong cheap brand and was broken and not even working . Customer service is extremely rude, finally got them to pick up the phone and they hung up on me multiple times and refused to refund ! Please beware this company is complete scam. Horrible experience and had to escalate to fair trading as the masks they sent me are only 50 dollars online .
