Agree with many other reviews. Not a very reputable company. Tried to get my money back but cannot get a reply after numerous attempts.
I am in the process of reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

I placed my order on 5th Jan (over 5 weeks ago) expected shipping was 2nd week of Jan.

I emailed on 18/01 requesting an update on my order – no response
29/01 – Requested a cancellation as I have had to source my items elsewhere to run my business
01/02 – Again requested a cancellation and refund with no response
07/02 – Again requested a cancellation and refund with no response
11/02 - Again requested a cancellation and refund with no response

I honestly don't know what to do! I have paid $542 for items I have no idea where they are and have had to source elsewhere to continue to operate my business.

Their website, emails and phone recorded message states that the best way to contact them was via email and a response expected within 24 hours yet I'm still waiting.

Update - i received both items after 3 months with almost no communication. Anyway~ I now have the item. At least they are working on it. Worst communication though.

i put two orders from Werko 1st and 4th of Jan and halfway through Feb, I still don't have anything and my orders are marked as completed without any email notification. Multiple emails sent to them without any reply. Not to mention phone is an automated answer! be aware and away from this terrible seller. I will log a complete to Fair trading for this@! Other also mentioned about tracking number!! Yes, you can see a tracking number under others. It's not Australia post and you don't know what they are using.

As per review below, I spent over $200 ordering rapid antigen test through them. Orders took a while to arrive (but I do understand that stocks are limited everywhere), however the product provided is a different product to the one advertised, and different to the product I ordered. The rapid antigen test provided is not on the approved list on the TGA website.
Emails and phone calls to this company has been unanswered. Very disppointed - clearly a scam!

All the people out there, pls avoid buying items from this website. I wait so many month just getting the Antigen from the website, and after 2 month time without any email, I received different product.
They gave me chinese brand that are not approve by FDA. So avoid this at all cost, I lost 200 dollar because of friends refer this scam website.

The same has happened to me as a lot of the other reviews. I also order RAT test worth over $200 on the 13 Jan 2022, I then received an email stating they were on their way on the 19th Jan with a tracking number that does not come up on any parcel website. I have tried to email and ring a number of times with no response. I have asked for a refund from them as I have now acquired what i need from elsewhere. No response from Werko as of yet. Not happy....

What a shonky company! You get nothing, no response to emails, no phone service, over a month since I ordered masks and of course no masks have been sent. I requested a refund yesterday and immediately received an email with a tracking number stating my masks were on the way. The tracking number is useless - the company doesn’t even link to the tracking number but puts you into a perpetual “I am not a robot” loop. I have requested another refund as clearly they do not have any products despite taking my $100+ immediately. I am in the process of getting my bank to retrieve the funds through the credit card. What a waste of time and money and I wish I had seen the reviews before I paid my money. I trusted that the Australian manufacturer of the masks, which they sell through several retailers, would only use legitimate companies but either they are illegitimate or utterly incompetent. They even have the cheek to claim that the government acquired the stock - rubbish! The only thing the government might have ordered direct from suppliers were RATs - not masks.
If only I could vent my fury with a person!

Utterly utterly appalling service from this company.
Refuse to answer calls and/or emails.
Ended up getting credit card company to raise a dispute and cancel the charge
AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you feel like getting nothing and wasting hours of your time chasing them up

I ordered masks from Werko on 19th Jan as I was flying overseas. Nothing was said about a delay in mask deliveries only RATs which I understood. The funds were debited from my card the next day with an email saying they had completed my order. I only ordered them and paid so much as I was going overseas on a long awaited holiday but I have been away and returned and still no masks. I ended up using the masks I usually purchase from Chemist Warehouse for a quarter of the cost of the Werko masks with no problems.
Werko supplied a tracking number on the email that said they had dispatched my order but no courier company name so that was useless to me and they were uncontactable by phone. I was trying the 1300 number which only has a message on it and when I tried the 03 number when I got back from my holiday that also only has a recorded message and it comes up on my Smart phone as possible SPAM. I finally got an email from the courier company to say they picked up my order 3 weeks after I paid for it and it will be another week until I receive it. It is impossible to contact Werko on either phone number so I launched an investigation with AMEX who tried to ring them but couldn't get an answer on the 1300 phone number. I almost didn't place the order as I was unable to use PayPal and now I wish I hadn't. I usually review any company I have not used before unless it is one of the big retail companies and I so regret not doing that this time. I am a pensioner so I can ill afford to lose the $100.00 odd. Having worked in Sales sending gear all over Australia by courier I cannot believe this company could take my money and fail to fulfil the order for at least a month. I would never buy from this company again.
I just checked out the courier company who are supposed to have collected my order - Aramex- and their reviews are as bad as Werko's - countless reviews saying that people have not received the goods they have paid for which were sent by this courier company so I am not holding my breath for my delivery. I am going to contact Amex and advise them of the numerous complaints that have been logged for both companies.

WARNING!!! Werko are scammers!!! Like many others, I've reported this company to the ACCC. They took my money for an item they said was IN STOCK. Over a month later I've received nothing. No correspondence despite numerous emails. LOOK ELSEWHERE

NON EXISTENT SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered and paid for garbage bags ... hardly a Covid Related item!!! They won't answer calls, won't answer emails. Karma is a real thing guys.

Waiting for a month on a $100 order on N95 masks.

I'm a Disability Pensioner who can barely afford the $100 in the first place, but then to not have the product arrive, I can't just find the cash to do another order again.
I currently have Covid, so it's even more important now.

Sent emails, rung to be told by msg to send emails, left msg on Facebook, crickets all the way.

I really want to be honest here but this is not Sweary Reviews.

A big thank you to all staff who are working tirelessly during such a busy, stressful and unprecedented time, trying to fill orders with such challenging conditions. My RAT tests arrived, and yes I did have to wait longer than anticipated however realizing the availability issues and huge demand I waited patiently. I am sure it has been a very stressful time for many companies trying to fulfill orders with unexpected delays so well done everyone and I hope it gets easier. Susie Carroll

Still been waiting over 2 months for RAT tests .
Have sent 4 emails with no reply. can’t talk to anyone as it is a recorded message only which you can’t leave a message.
Have asked for a refund but guessing I have been scammed.
Wish like others I had read reviews before ordering.
If I don’t receive a refund I will make a formal complaint T to the ACCC.
Really over companies ripping people off like this one.
Hope your staff read this and do the right thing!

I have ordered a 25 pack of quality brand Rapid Antigen self-tests late in 2021, which was shown to be in stock, only to receive TGA-unapproved, low-sensitivity tests (VivaDiag) tests one month late. These tests are only approved for "point-of-care", and get very bad test results overseas. They can only legally be used by a trained medical person, and only detect half of cases with very high viral load, ie. they are pretty much useless.
Now I want to return the RAT tests of course, but they are ignoring my emails. Next step for me is to lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC.
Stay away from this company!

This company happily took my money immediately when I purchased a pack of 25 TGA approved self-test RATS. After waiting 5 weeks I’ve received a different brand which are approved for sale to and use by health practitioners only. Based on the TGA website guidelines this seems to be false advertising and illegal. Who knows if we will get a refund.

Dodgy as they come. Ordered TGA approved RAT and when delivered they had swapped the products out for non-TGA approved RATs that is for medical professionals only. They don’t respond to contact at all. Be very careful.

Don't go near this company! Ordered 2 x RAT tests and still nothing after a month notwithstanding their voicemail notes they were dispatching on the 12th of Jan. You can't talk to anyone, leave a message and emails go unanswered. Wish I had of looked at these reviews before purchasing from this company.

Bought from them 2nd Jan, still have no received my order, received an email to state I would be refunded, this was 1 month ago & they still have not given me my money back. Their number is just an automatic msg, they dont reply to emails or Facebook inboxes. You can not get a hold of them in any way... very sus. They advertise product hey know they dont have & still take your money & think they can get away with not sending your products or refunded your money that they have no right to have. Do not buy from this company, I only wish I read their reviews first its very obvious they have scammed alot of people of their money.
